The ones that support the bill have a plan in hand (Legalization, making them pay taxes, secure the borders, business penalties, etc...)

The ones that are against it are saying send them back. My question is, do they have a Plan for this..Does anybody knows if they have one and where is it?

This is sad, because the people that are against the bill, are backing up people that do not have a plan..I am sure that if they had another solution to the problem then things my work for them, but honestly, how can I support something that is just being said, whithout knowing how they would do it and if is really possible?
You cant just say Yes or No...those two have to come with a WHY...and a HOW... SO far my question has not been answered...

No, they don't have a plan.

"Send them back" is the upper limit of their mental ability. They have no idea that actually implementing and accomplishing that task would be nearly impossible., Not to mention that it would probably be cheaper to wage war against Iraq for another decade than try to remove 12 million people from this country.

Your assumption is incorrect. I don't say deport them. (End of story) I say that the problem is what it is because we do not enforce current law.

That should be first priority, enforcing the current law. What makes you believe that a person who came here contrary to our laws will all of the sudden decide to obey the law.

We must even if it seems harsh enforce the law. We must protect our country from non-violent invasion by persons who have no respect for our laws. We must find a reasonable solution for those who have laid roots and become a productive member of society that shows others that we are humane, but we expect people to obey our laws.

The other problem is that our representatives in the Fed are the cause of the issue most have been in office for more than 10 years and have ignored the issue till now and instead of doing it right they are playing to the Big Business, special interests.

What they are proposing hurts everyone not just us, not just the illegal immigrant, not just the stability of the country. The only ones that don't get hurt here are the ones using the issue to gain and control their power base.

I want rule of law, and stability for the country i love and live in I want people to immigrate here. I just want it to happen with respect to our laws.

I know that there are some racist pigs out there. They are the few on this side of the fight. The majority on this side of the fight care for the country and our fellow citizens and won't a good solution to the problem not some political BS that maintains the status quoe.

We don't need a new law we simply need to enforce the current law.

If we did, It would stem the Tide, deport the trouble makers and provide a way for those doing the right thing, trying to be a productive part of the landscape to stay. It also slams employers who do the wrong thing.

Make no mistake about it the reason businesses hire illegals is because they can abuse them. This new bill won’t change that or the big business lobby wouldn’t support it.

Wake up.

The only plan that the ones who "Support" the bill have in mind is the plan to create the North American Union between Mexico, the USA and Canada by erasing our borders.

Yes, the ones who are against the amnesty bill want the CURRENT LAWS ENFORCED AND MORE BORDER AGENTS ON THE BORDER ALONG WITH THE FREEING OF THE TWO WHO WERE FRAMED LAST YEAR.

A Plan???

No just a plan to give this country back to the Mexicans just like Israel gave back the land to the so called Palestinians

Of course not. Lindsey (Graham) or is better known as Grahamisty is being paid or held to the tune of the Mexican Anthem somehow. He is knows real well that his state South Carolina is against this new law especially the amnesty. Here in South Carolina people can’t get a job because not because there is no workers but rather due to the illegasls have taken the jobs.

Now thanks to the democrats with the increase of the minimum wage they only we as business owners can afford to hire is illegals.

Call the federal, state, and local government officials and say “just say no to ilegals” say it now before it’s too late. I through the years and especially the ones I know now for I go to a Spanish churches is that the illegals are just bidding their time till they become legal for the are truly nurses, truck drivers, computer techs, etc, and not just farm workers like they want people to think. They make more money here as farm workers here than back home. BUT they will make hordes more money when they become legal and take our jobs away from us LEGAL citizens.

Will the Last legal American take down the Stars and stripes before they psuh us out of OUR COUNTRY!!! Thanks.

Of course we have a plan .. check out

It's called having a bit of ambition and a gun.

Where are you so confused? Crossing the national boundary to our country is ILLEGAL. They need to be arrested and deported deep into mexico. What's the problem?

The plan is to not sit around yapping about, but DO IT ...

Sheesh

Yes, Deport them. They are criminals. If these people cannot prove, immediately, that they are legally in this country, confiscate all that they own and have in the bank and deport them and the rest of their illegal family members. Sell real property, houses, cars, etc. and use that to pay for their transportation and more 'special' police to find these illegals and to follow up on tips. Can be done.

Deportation at this point is impossible. The path to legalization is the only sensible thing to do. Many republicans in the house think this is amnesty and should be stopped. Well then, lets hear what they will propose to do once the bill goes to house.

Sure you can't send them all back, but you can send as many back as you can, when they gather for rallies, when they commit crimes (watch O'reilly Factor, one alien got 2 DUI's, once killed someone vehicular manslaughter, and he's still here!), or when you get tipped. I understand some are still going through the system, and they should be processed before sent back, but illegal immigrants are just that, ILLEGAL!

This is very similar to the democrats on Iraq. They criticize, but they have no alternative.

The only alternative those opposing the bill really have to offer is enforcing existing law. That's not much of a 'plan,' but, then again, it's never been tried before...
