Immigration - October 2006

Why do so many not realize that illegal means against the law? Does this mean that you want the laws repealed and the borders opened? Why do all the countries in the world have such laws in the first place? I really need to know. Why do we accept thousands of immigrant applications each month and yet still have such a problem?

I live in UK and would like to report one of my relatives who is on visit visa and working illegaly. My father has sponsored my uncle to come to UK as i mentioned he is on a visit visa and is working illegaly as a builder, as far as i am aware he used false bank statement and other information to get the visa and as his visa is due to expire in December he is now planning to go back and reapply for visa. His intentions are to come afew times and then stay here illegally after that.He is also creating tension between our family and no one in our family is happy about him staying here except my father who keeps inviting people without thinking of the consequences.
My requset is that please get him deported and do not reissue him a visit visa in future especially on my father's sponsorship. I have reported this to local authorities but i have not seen any response yet but i hope to see some quick action from you

alot of people talk down on immigration how does it really affect any of them? we have immigrants coming in from all over the world. if they are going to put a wall on the border then why not put one on the border of canada? why not have something on the east coast for the people that are coming from cuba? it just seems that mexico is the biggest target when all they really do is come here for work just like every other immigrant. and as for the crimes that occures every single race is involve.

After 2 years of marrage, we were interviewed and sent a letter stating an "intent to deny". We have rebutted the case and are waiting for another interview.
We have all documents necessary to prove bonofide marrage. I'ts been close to 6 years now! What should we do?

When immigrants come to Britain from Muslim countries, Eastern Europe or wherever people complain about them not integrating. Yet when British people move to Spain do they learn Spanish and integrate with the locals? Even if they do, do they not take their British culture with them? Is this hypocracy - or am I missing the point?

My people have struggled for so long for just a fence to be placed on the Mexican / US border. I'm not one to condemn people, but what is Bush doing? He said he was a "Uniter" not a "Divider".

Now there will be 700 miles of fence placed on the boarder. Does this not remind you of the Berlin wall? Will it stop the inevitable migration of the Mexican population into the US?

My people have been pushing and pushing for proper legislation to our benefit. We send lobbists with money, and we tell the politicians our threats that they will lose our vote if they don't go our way.

I don't know what there is left for my poor, opressed people to do...
my poor, white, middle-class Americans, well-educated, Americans to do.

I mean seriously... China, Pakistan, and Korea would do much more than just a stupid wall... They put the military on the boarder and shoot the "srekcuf" that comes accross! DOWN WITH THE WALL --- SHOOT THE CROSSERS --- GOD BLESS MY PEOPLES!!!

I was out of status illegal when i married my ex.We stayed married for 3 yrs,but nvr filed any INS papers.When I approached her about it she accuses me of using her for papers and treats me like dirt. she even accuses me of tricking her into marrying me.she even cheats on me and shows no remorse when i catch her,instead she's arrogant and defiant. i was hurt, humiliated, embarassed, depressed & played for a fool.I was so depressed that I lost 30 LBS in a month.i dropped from 160 to 130 LBS.she calls me a loser that i will nvr amount to anything & she even threaten to hv me reported to immigration if i ever tried to harm her.I loved her; why would i try to harm her.she was the love of my life. she wnted no part of me so I ended things amicably and went separate ways.Since parting ways I graduated frm college with my BS degree. Met a wonderful woman who's my wife now, got my CPA & work 4 Ernst & Young accounting firm plus hv my green card. I feel I need to c my ex for closure. Pls Help!

My dad tried to do the same with our property to keep wildlife out. He put up a 700 foot fence on a 2500 foot stretch to keep wild life out and it didn't work. Why, did the wildlife just go around it?
