Because most border towns have a majority of Hispanic citizens....Duh? Do you think its some secret conspiracy or something more insidious? What does it matter if they are brown, they can't do the job, based on skin color?

they are American of Mexican descent. the Latinos make up a good portion of the border patrol and are very good workers and people. and one big asset is they are American citizens.

They are not Mexicans, they may be Mexican Americans and it is because close to the US/Mexico border there is a large population of latinos.

the U.S still runs the show but...
the illegals run over the boarder because politicians want them too. so, they can furnish big corporations with cheap labor and get money from the corporations on the side.
the boarder patrol doesn't have enough agents to keep them out and the illegals are using machine guns to shoot their way into the U.S.
