Mexico couldn't afford TX,AZ,CA.or even NM so why give them anything.They have already giving us the gift that keeps on giving ,the illegal alien.I say instead less return their gift and demand a refund of all the money we border states have spent supporting their poor.(pay backs a bitc*)
