I have not heard of any new bill like that but the law below is already on the books and has been for quite awhile.
Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:
* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty.Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Why does it remember if it mirrors federal regulation? It would not as long because it produces outcomes! each and each individual who does no longer carry a potential to perceive their self is an fool! once you're a citizen and can prepare it what's the project? Whats that gonna do? Take 10 minutes out of your day? recover from yourselves! what's the ethnicity of maximum individuals of illegals coming over the Mexican border....... who the hell else are you going to question? And while you're right here illegally then your opinion would not remember anyhow, you're no longer a freaking American! supply up having marches such as you're an American! I guess if the police ran the names of the individuals at those marches the quantity of illegals the might locate incredible. in case you want to be a citizen then get in line at the back of each physique else! I say shop the regulation and supply up giving them incentive to return over right here! not greater loose housing, meals, artwork, or something! How does the asserting flow? If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck then wager what? Its in all risk a rattling duck!
