Your nearest police station should be your first port of call if you wish to put a stop to this illegal activity being carried on by your uncle. You face a dilemma in that you say your father is sponsoring your uncle - if you report this to the authorities, the police, they will certainly want to see your dad as well and you and everyone else in your house. It is a serious matter. Think!

Initially (ie, without backup from other services) I doubt the police would want to get involved. You could try the Embassy of the country he has arrived from in London, or general government immigration offices, but bear in mind, tending false bank statements is fraud, and I would expect your father to also be investigated if you do go ahead with this. If he knew they were false, he's an accomplice. It's a Devil and the Deep Blue Sea scenario.

I feel you are only doing this out of spite as you do not like your uncle. Families should stick together, does your father know what you have done? Your uncle will not be able to keep reapplying for a visitors visa consecutively anyway. If your dad doesn't want him to visit, then he should stop sponsoring him! HTH.

You could get your Dad into serious trouble here. He could also get himself into serious trouble if he sponsors this man again. The family need to explain the facts of life to him - he is being used by unscupulous family members and "friend". Please stop him from being taken advantage of. In the meantime I think that you have done what you can.
If you can persuade an older male member of your family to talk to him about this issue it would probably be easier to address. I am sure he will understand that his good nature is being abused.
Thinking of you. Best wishes.

Simple solution! give all his details and whereabouts to the immigration service and police, When it goes to court or immigration they will pass him over to the local benefits office, there he will recieve a house, medical care, priority law protection, heaps of cash! all he has to do is pull the racist card and he`ll get everything!
