Second, how do I know whether a case falls under federal or state jurisdiction?

And lastly, what does it mean when they ask, "explain the differences between the jurisdiction and original venue for
each case?"

Questions from a Canadian who has heard some very UNCLEAR opinions about this guy:

Does he actually represent minorities, does he try to/pretend to or does he not in any way?

What does he stand for?

Has he contradicted himself? If so, how?

Is he two-faced? If so, how?

I'd like to hear both good and bad.

These people are sick and depraved and they have an addiction that cannot be stopped.

Just look at the statistics. They do stuff like it over and over again. If you release them from prison, they will just go online again and repeat the behavior.

Keeping them in prison for life seems to be the only way to be sure that statutory rapists can NEVER do this again. It would keep teenagers safe.

My husband is in the army (e4) and will be deploying to Iraq. While he's there his contract will be up, and when he gets home he immediately wants to join the Coast Guard. Can he do this? Before I say anything, let mae just say that these are facts SAID by people, resources include Loose Change, and many Youtube videos, you look them up. What do you think?
On 9-11, people inside one of the towers said that they had heard explosions from below the basement. One man had said that one of his friends that had come up from the basement was burned up. Firmen had also reported that there were explosions below where the planes had hit.
There has been a history of buildings burning, and 9-11 seemed to be the first building to fall the way it did. In the movie loose change, a tall building was hit by a plane, burned for an estimated 20 hours, and did not fall, however, more than half of the building was destroyed. On September eleven, a plane had hit, burned in a metter of minutes, and fell in a matter of minutes. Both buildings did. It seems to me that i dont know wheather to believe this story, or what the goverment says, you decide.

My uncle died in 1989 and even though I was 3 yrs old, I remember him very well,and they day he died too . He died in a horrific car crash. My parents told me alot about it, but they dont really like talking about it. I was wondering if there is any way that I can see pictures or reports about it? I know it was 1989 but it was such a bad crash that it was all over the news for days. There has to be something about it somewhere, right?

Does anyone know the date that the Marines became "activated" during WWII? I don't mean the date that Pearl Harbor was attacked. I mean the date that the Marines were activated into attack mode? Obviously during Pearl Harbor, which my mother and father were a part of was the date that we entered the "war" but when was the official announcement given to the Naval/Marine Corp? Of course, she did not know her husband did not have sex with Monica. She didnt know her campaign manager was crooked, I guess she either does not do a background check or forgets about them after she does them. She also did not know her campaign workers were sending fake emails about Obama. I guess she did not know hubbie was against the war from the beginning, that is why she voted for it.
