In New York, can a suspension termination fee be paid over the phone or by sending a money order if the suspension is indefinite

Check the terms of the transaction in question. I don't know what the suspension termination fee is.

Good! The cell phone companies rip you off left and right. This ruling was against Sprint which is our cell phone company and our contract was due to be up next month anyway. As soon as it is, we were going to change to a different company. Sprint charged us for services we never signed up for and anytime we did anything (like replace a broken phone) they made us sign a new two-year contract. We even caught them texting us advertisements which we were being charged extra for.

You mean Drivers License suspension? You don't pay at all, you just pay the ticket you got suspended for not paying and you get it back.
