I'm pretty certain it is the SAS who cook the meat this special way. They cook it so they eat it at, say their camp, and then are feeling full and don't feel the need to eat for a few days (it's at least 1-2 days) so they are able to survive where ever they are on mission.

Does anyone know how it's cooked or any links that may be helpful??

They want Kosovo to be independent, yet they keep harrassing the ETA... I think it's because the Kosovars, or UCK, are more pro-europe than the ETA. The Basque people deserve their independence !

EU are the real terrorists... And don't come with bombings and all that, the UCK of Kosovo even waged full scale war...

What's the problem with PC?

If you are respectful and have good manners, then why worry about being politically correct? I'm not saying that being respectful is the same as being PC, but if you are, then nobody would care about the nuances of your speech. Which would be few if you were.

Or, is targetting Political Correctness a way of avoiding being respectful?

Ok, Marx was completley against a class based society. But in the contemporary political arena is it not possible to have acheived a 'Middle Class' status, through education and career based activities, AND adhere to a marxist approach to politics?

Bush has little respect for America, the American people, or for anything or anyone else for that matter...

A few examples would be:

1) Disregard of nearly 1/2 a million black Floridians which resulted in this fathead becoming President : "Hail to the Thief"

2) Hijacking the American people into a stupid war with Iraq which featured:

(a) No weapons of mass destruction...most thinking Americans knew this beforehand
(b) No exit strategy.
(c) Thousands of young American women and men having died all because he wanted to take Saddam's head b/c Saddam tried to behead his daddy. I don't know how he can sleep at night knowing thousands of people died needlessly because of him...
(d) Millions upon millions of US taxpayer dollars thrown at this black hole.

(3) His moves to create a North American Union without consulting the American people. So, basically, he wants to destroy America.

Let's say they did something bad. But they didn't kill anyone. Would you turn them in to the authorities?

I don't think I could ever betray my family like that no matter how bad their crime was. I would implore them to turn themselves in if it were really bad though.

What's more important: justice or family?

This question is mostly directed toward Muslims and Jews, but anyone with something intelligent to say may respond. I am Muslim, but I just do not understand why these people (who are devout in there belief in GOD) have been fighting for so long, and I do kind of understand the land issue, but from the knowledge I have it does not make sense. Everybody in the world seems to have a problem with whaling apart from the Japanese and it's only because of some loop hole that allows them to kill thousands of whale for "scientific research" that lets them do it. It happens every year and heaps of people protest. Even if it took them a few years to change at least you would know they were doing something to stop whaling.
Why do they need so many whales each year for their research and have they actually found anything scientific from them?
Why doesn't the UN or who ever is in charge take some steps to get rid of that loop hole and abolish mass whaling for good?
