If you had to vote, right here, right now.
Who would get your vote?

there's a lot to consider:

first black guy to be a president,
or first female president.

I'm all for their being a female president to break that barrier, but not all countries acknoledge women with the proper respect, so the first women president would have to be realy good to keep us from eating bombs from a couple hundred 3'rd world countries.
I don't think Clinton is up to the task

What do you all think?

Was there a border too ?Was there a place or person to report to when other than a Native American showed up ? Were their human rights back then ? How did they explain their immigration law to new comers ? Did they need a passport ? How did it all work out other than just being here what were their laws for all 50 states?

Joe Horn shot two illegals who had robbed his neighbors house, they had the loot on them. Now the media is saying they should not have been shot just for burglary. Do they not understand our laws or just do not care??

This one seems to think he knows what is going on at your house, who you are hiring to fix your roof, and who your gardner is:

Who among you had him over for Thanksgiving that he can speak with so much authority about what's happening at your home?

Well, this is for who ever think that immigrants should go back to their original country: Any of yall' have ever checked your background, everyone is an immigrant or have family history of being a immigrants? What would happen to the USA economy? What would happen to all the different cultures found in the USA? What are other countries supposed to do about immigration in their countries? Answer these question!! Think about what would happen to all the people you are trying to kick out.Have you ever though that many people came here because it's considered a free country, and maybe a very safe place, also we can help our families from here, or help people in needs!! In my opinion, immigrants with no legal problem in their countries should be givena chance!!!

I know the possible consequences for not showing up to jury duty. I'm well aware that it's a civic duty and we should all suck it up and help our fellow citizens out.

However, I've talked to many people about the act of ignoring, missing, loosing, or not being in the area to receive a summons. These people all have their reasons, from genuine to irresponsibile. Yet, of all these people, not a single one of them has ever been fined, or smacked with a warrant for failing to appear.

I look at yahoo answers and every question about jury duty is almost always answered with threats that these consequences will definitely happen to anyone who doesn't appear in court.

What's the deal? I can't just happen to know tons of lucky people. Explain, someone, please.

So im thinking about joining the air force because it sounds very beneficial education wise. If you have been through the process, how was it? did you go through boot camp and straight to college of your choice? and once in college do you have any obligations or work for the air force the same time as you study? im looking to become a doctor, do you know the process for one to become one through the air force? also im a girl, and my mom thinks i might get raped? lol. so yea please tell me your experience in the air force because sometimes the recruiters might tell me what ever i want to hear....
i am a little skeptical, and im not sure i should just go through
college like normal people. so tell me your advice and thanks so so much!!

My brother, a freshman at California High School, was recently involved in an incident away from school in which another kid physically attacked a friend of my brother's. My brother decided to defend his friend by pushing the assailant away, so the attacker turned his attention to my brother. My brother then defended himself by fighting back, and came out with the better end.

The next week, my brother was called in to the office, and recieved a three-hour detention, on the grounds that, although his actions took place away from school grounds and not during school hours, because he had not yet gone home (he was at a shopping center near a skate park) the school was still responsible for him, and had every right to discipline him. Is this true? Is it legal for a public school to punish a student for something done away from school grounds, after school, but before the student reached his home?

this is an example, I have drawn an image of a popular video game hero. I would like to put the image on a t-shirt and sell them on ebay. Will I run into legal issues if I do this? If so what can I do to avoid them besides not selling the t-shirts. Please base your answer off of the example.

Jamie Lee Jones, a 22 year-old woman, claims that she was gang-raped by several KBR employees. She said she was locked in a cargo container and told that is she sought help she would be fired. A sympathetic employee (I guess all those KBR guys are not a**holes) loaned her a cell phone and she called her father in Texas. He called his congressman, who called the State department, who contacted people in Iraq, who went her location and rescued her.
It has been two years and no charges have been filed. The women claims a rape kit was done by Army doctors which confirmed multiple attackers (sex partners). The kit has been lost according to Jamie.
Here it comes...
This alleged crime needs to be investigated immediately and the perpetrators imprisoned or punished by Iraqi laws. (choose the prison) Until there is evidence I am not blaming the Army for a coverup.
I am not accusing George Bush of rape or a coverup.
What I want is an open investigation (her identity is out) and result

I am doing an essay about the federal marriage amendment and it would be great help if I received different opinions.

[If you dont know, the marriage amendment is a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution which would define marriage in the United States as a union of one man and one woman.]

Please answer if you support that gays cannot be married or you are against it and thoroughly explain why.
