Joe Horn shot two illegals who had robbed his neighbors house, they had the loot on them. Now the media is saying they should not have been shot just for burglary. Do they not understand our laws or just do not care??

These two burglars were coming towards Mr. Horn on his property, He said "Stop or I will shot" They ran he shot. KB The only person or group that thinks this was wrong is Quanellx who is now the leader of the Black Panthers.
Mr.Horn is now in hiding for fear of his life. Recording of phone message sent to police "if he is convicted they will get him there, if he is freed they will get him on outside". This is a death threat to a 61 yr. old American retired man who was a person by his neighbors who watched out for their kids and neighbors. This should not be happening in America.

Precisely because they got shot for stealing. The thing is, if I see someone stealing, how do I know that they are not deadly? They are bold enough to enter someone else's home and take what that person work hard for, how am I to ascertain that is ALL they are capable of?
All these comments about excessive force only when in fear for your life; well excuse me, were these illegal thugs wearing neon Flava Flav-type signs around their necks reading, "Were only here for the loot, we have no guns"?

I live in gun hating California and have a 3 AK-47's and 4 AR-15's and the are all legal. I know my laws.
The assault weapons ban lapsed in 2002. I'm legal, a member of the NRA, range officer at my local range and teach young kids to use firearms all the time. Education is more important and some chump telling you your crazy for collecting firearms.
The 2nd Amendment is a great thing and just because that freak like K R (probably stands for Krazy Redneck) doesn't partake doesn't give a chump like that the right to attack those that do. What a ignorant fool.
Sorry If I don't give criminals the chance to shoot and kill me and my family first, that's not who I roll. They don't call it home defense for nothing and some won't figure that out until it's too late.

They don't care. Illegals are a different character then legal immigrants. Illegals don't care about committing crimes to come here. They are not scared of doing any jail time because jail here is like a 5 star resort vacation compared to were they just came from. Violence is as second nature to them as smiling is to us.

Idunno, Becca. I'm very opposed to illegal aliens, but I wouldn't shoot someone for burglary. (Armed robbery, yes. Burglary, no.)
If Horn confronted them to detain them and they attacked him, then he was right to shoot.
If he shot them because they ran, I think he was in the wrong.
But then again, maybe Texas law backs him up.
And no, they don't care about our laws. If they did, they wouldn't have entered illegally.

AS THE WORD DESCRIBE THEM THEY ARE "ILLEGALS".
