I don't know if it is "neighborly". I don't typically talk politics with my neighbors. It would be ugly (we are a couple houses down from our state Rep) who believes the exact opposite of us- on everything. LOL.

More than likely a 2ND generation illegal. I've found the ones that are that hardcore have illegal parents. So it is a sensitive issue for them. I can count the number of times I have hired anyone to fix something around my house on one hand. I do my own repairs.
