I have a room mate who is doing drugs and drinking in our apartment, just got a DUI, drunk driving on a suspended license, coming home at all hours of the night, and brings home a different person every night to sleep on MY brand new couch. I am losing sleep, I feel uncomfortable in my own home, and when I confront my room mate about it, the reply I get is, "My friend was too drunk to drive home" or "I'll get my own couch so my friends have a place to sleep". I tell my room mate that his friends don't pay rent here so they are not entitled to a place to sleep but he is not seeing it my way. We are both on the lease to the apartment. Is there anything I can do to get him out?

Well first and foremost I disagree with abortion! BUT in the other hand.. I really don't think that it's murder like everyone thinks that it is!!! Especially during the 1st 2 weeks of pregnacy when it's only a Zygote; there are NO ORGANS produced yet!

Saying that it's wrong to have an abortion EVEN when it's only a Zygote, is like saying that when men masterbate, they are killing a potential life.. because just like a Zygote is a potential life in the making.. so are ALL the wasted sperms men waste when they masterbate!

What do you think???

i wanted to change my contract from 5 years to 2-3 years. maybe less. do they have contracts for that short of time? i am supposed to leave in 6 months for bootcamp so i need to make up my mind.

The last statement in the header regarding Bush and his credibility after the NIE report reads:

"-made President Bush's week play out like a sad country song."

Would you agree that this is "putting it lightly" considering the uproar he caused by making threats and bringing up war-WW3 to be exact?

Or does that statement in the article achieve its goal and make you say in your mind "Oh, poor Bush. He has had a bad week. He deserves to take off a few weeks...again."?

I really don't understand this. Our own intelligence says that Iran stopped its nuclear program in 2003. Why is Bush still trying to impose sanctions? He uses an intelligence report from Britain to help gain support his invasion of Iraq, which was wrong, yet he doesn't believe his own agency now which will stop us from going down an ugly path again ...

my friend has been sexually abused for years and she was raped by her stepbrother when she was only 13 and it went on for a 1 1/2 years. her mom contacted the local athorites when she found out but they havent done anything its been almost 2 years and she is always depressed (which im woking on helping her with i just need help with the legal stuff) i know she got a restraining order. but i want to help her more. i have his myspace his brothers cell number (cuzzz im good like that :]) i have some other too information. i dont understand how on the news they arrest those preditors all the time and nothing is being done about him. i need some advice please. expecially so he dosent hurt anyone else. plus the police said they cant find him which is bULL. any advice on catching this CREEP would help thank you. ps. he is 21 now.

I know that once you get to BMT, you get to make a dream list of bases you would like to be assigned to. How do I tell my mom that I do not want to live close to home? One of the factors in helping my decide to join the airforce was the fact that you can live somewhere other than your hometown.. now, How do i tell mom that I don't want to even live in this state?

On Sept 23, Hillary said she would not promise to get us out of Iraq. Ever since then, troop deaths have dropped in half, November was the third month in a row with decreased troop deaths with 37 Americans killed in action. Can Hillary lead America to victory in Iraq? Shouldn't we be hearing more about this?
