Listening to a conservative radio talk host who seems conservative on many issues-spending-gay right etc...he feels there were many EVIL abusive dictators around the -this particular one was sitting on oil...he seems to be calling it the way it is.... North Korea flaunting nuclear capability....(By the way he said Iran was encouraging us to go into Iraq-Chalbi-to take care of their dirty work)

If Bush were behind 9/11, which is absurd, what evidence is there? What I mean is how do you tie Bush in. I've heard all the nonsense about controlled demolition, fire doesn't melt steel, Tower 7, etc.

But what I've never heard is a direct tie in to Bush. What is the DIRECT evidence? Not talking about vague statements saying he profits or something like that. I'm talking chain of evidence.

I am basically a fiscal conservative and social liberal.

As an accountant, I believe that one of our top priorities as a country should be balancing our budget. Debt spiraling out of control accumulating at the great rate it is, is not healthy. I believe that being in a global market place, that a country's wealth will be as important as a country's military. I believe we may need to cut social programs and pork spending to accomplish a balanced budget...I do not believe we should raise taxes, given the current state of the economy.

I believe we need a strong defense system, and I believe we should invest military dollars in more "star wars" programs.

I believe we should reel in illegal immigration, not close our doors, but allow those that can put more into our society, than what they drain out of our society, to come in legally.

I'm not opposed to a flat tax, as long as there are no loopholes for anyone.

The right to bear arms should be a given, but I am not oppose

do any of the Mormon beliefs trouble you?

By Smith's own account of Mormonism's First Vision, "a pillar of light" descended on him, containing two "Personages," who turned out to be Almighty God and his son Jesus Christ.
"I was answered [evidently by Jesus] that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: 'they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof.'"
When former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney faced the cameras yesterday to deliver a major speech "about the role of religion, faith, in America and in a free society," he carries the legacy of Joseph Smith's First Vision with him,

Name one Communist regime that freed its people because it got to rich?
Yet China can have NO OTHER future than that of peace and democracy if one listens to the "wisdom" of the day. That Wal-Marts daily profiteering from and investing in Communism for two decades, with both Clinton's help, to avoid living wages at home and undermine American labor, enriching and saving a failed regime that murdered tens of millions of it's own people to maximize company profit is GOOD for the Chinese people!? This argument is as stupid and insulting today as it ever was and sadly even educated and well-meaning people puke the Hillary line despite all our expense. Wake up please, WAKE UP! Hillary and Bill Clinton, Robson and Jim Walton and David Glass and Lee Scott are traiters and should meet justice and WAL-MART IS AN OPERATING NATIONAL SECURITY RISK THAT MUST BE DISMANTLED! The future of the free world is at stake. You cant free a slave by enriching the owner so please stop asserting that stupidity!

Seems to me that despite the separation of State and Religion, too many Americans will vote for any Kook that invokes religion as a guiding force......

Haven't we learned anything from the previous born-again, who turned out to love war more than peace... death more than life... and oil more than human beings.

Yesterday in his press conference, President Bush asserted that Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell told him “we have new information” on Iran’s nuclear program, but “he did not tell me what the information was.”

This morning, the cast of Morning Joe chided Bush’s claim. Co-host Willie Geist said, “It’s just not a credible answer, I’m afraid.” Host Joe Scarborough ripped into Bush, saying that president is either “lying to the American people” or is simply “stupid”:

"We are left with only two options here. Either the President of the United States is lying to the American people about what happened during that meeting, or the President of the United States is stupid."

OK, democrats suddenly believe our intel which is saying Iran ceased its nuclear ambitions several years ago. This is the same agency that told us Iraq had WMD's which the democrats refuted at that time. We attacked Iraq on this issue and the democrats have chastised republicans for trusting the intel. Please, how can you have it both ways?
