No, the Mexican protection tension isn't allied with the U.S. anymore. They formally withdrew from the Inter-American treaty of Recipricol counsel. After 2001, and arranged for the U. S. to introduce the Act to help try against the Taliban, Mexico withdrew so as that they does now no longer would desire to help the U.S. in any way. So no, if it have been given right here stunning right down to it, Mexico does now no longer have our decrease returned.

No, the Mexican military is not allied with the U.S. anymore. They formally withdrew from the Inter-American treaty of Recipricol Assistance. After 2001, and expecting the United States to introduce the Act to help fight the Taliban, Mexico withdrew so they wouldn't have to assist the U.S. in any way. So no, if it came down to it, Mexico would not have our back.

The Hispanic/Latino-Mexican Military is more likely to fight among themselves than present any form of a united effort against the U.S.
However, if you truely believe this is possible, you should consider some form of professional counseling...

Do you mean are they members of NATO or some other alliance with the US? NO, but that doesn't mean that if they got into a scrape we wouldn't offer help and/or step in to assist them in a war.
Economically and politically we are allies. Mexico's army also employ US made HMMWV's MK19's and M2's along with US made artillery and mortars. US forces have historically had good military relations with Mexico(since the war of course, but that's ancient history). We train with them regularly and conduct anti-drug operations together. Because of this a mutual respect and trust has developed between our Military Forces. We even accepted assistance from the Mexican Army in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina and continue to offer assistance in like situations to them.

In my opinion your question is not clear to be answered completely.
Historically, like some other countries in the world, they do not support unilateral intervention in the affairs of sovereign countries. For example the invasion of Iraq. If you are asking are they part of the defense of the north American continent in conjunction with the US gov., yes. We should prepare to take on China and we will need all the help we can get. Does this help you?

There is no "Anglo-U.S Military".
"Anglo" is insulting to Americans. But, you already knew, didn't you?
