Now that I get what The Three Strikes Law is [[ :) ]],
how does it apply to juveniles?
Does it still apply if they commited a felony crime but were tried as a juvenile?

Nope

If you are charged as a Junenile - your record is sealed
at 18 and you just start over.

well gia, if the person in question has commited a felony, but was granted youthful offender status. the no the three strikes law does not apply. however...if that person has commited the same felony three times and was convicted all three times, then...depending on how serious the crime was....there's a good chance that they will be tried as an adult and face the sentence for that crime.

If it is a juvenile, and the offense if a Felony, more than likely they will be charged as an adult so it will be considered a strike. In Texas, that age is 14.

I hope not, but if it is up to the the local DAs office they would probably try to make it that way, as they think very Draconian.
