I'm a church going christian and my voting record has been 100% democrat my entire life.

I believe their ideas are more in line with what Jesus taught.

No one said that Democrats cannot be people of faith. Unfortunately Democrats often are in the forefront of those who suggest that faith should be removed from public life. This causes many of the faithful (of whatever creed) to question "Democrats" support of religion in general. I'm so sorry that it has happened this way as it clouds the discussion of faith and its place in our country.

This is also a misnomer. 99% of ALL politicians are of the Christian faith. Atheist Liberals seem to make up about 13% and growing mind you. They seem to vote the way of Democrat

The "mainstream" media as soon as they labeled anyone who votes with extreme conservative social views as a priority to be a "values voter".

Clearly they don't believe belief in civil rights, civil liberties, economic parity and aid to the poorest segments of society to be "values".

The Dems made that determination themselves by being a party that is anti-Christian and anti-Jewish. It's pretty hard to say you are a person of faith when you defend the antics of a married President getting serviced orally in the oval office, as most Dems do.

Bill Clinton was a Baptist who raped women and who cheated on his wife countless times with many women. I wouldn't call that a man of faith. JFK was a Catholic in name only. He was banging Marilyn Monroe in the White House. His whole extended family is a bunch of drunks and druggies.
If that's the best you can do for examples of dem men of faith, you're in big trouble.

What's with this goof saying that the more educated someone is, the less likely they subscribe to fairy tales like most Republicans. That's hilarious considering that blacks are overwhelmingly democrats and also the least educated of any ethnic group of people in America.

Democrats decided this themselves when they began to attack christians and other people of fiath. Democrat supporters often trash those of faith and belittle the faiths that the faithful subscribe to.

Oh, one more thing. Check Rasmussen or Gallup if you do not believe. The more educated you are, the more likely you are to vote Republican.

No such determination has been made. However I think that the GOP platform may prohibit participation from atheists, agnostics and those who believe in the separation of church and state.

Dems care about the truth. They want the truth to be the authority.

Reps don't care about the truth. They want the authority to be the truth. Most aren't smart enough to see it.

Well, let's see. . .

Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter are Baptists.
JFK was a Catholic.

I don't see anyone claiming that Democrats can't be people of faith.
