First off let me tell you William Morgan is from South Africa,and claims his company is in possession of an $16 million account. In the email he states for me to use my identification and establish a bank account without the government knowing about so we can claim the money..
When i first read the email i thought god damn these sons a b*tches, don't have anything else to do .They have these expensive computers, they're one of the poorest countries in the world ,disease ridden society and they can't contribute something positive besides scamming some one with expensive merchandise. And how can they buy computers if they claim they're sooo poor. How is this possible for William Morgan to reach out to me. Why can't he just take the money and feed those poor skinny emaciated children?

I am getting ripped off by an auto mechanic, I need to get the car back. I want to pay him for his original estimate, but I want to stop payment on the extra $5,000 he is asking for. I know he can sue me for this, and I say Bring It On, but can I go to jail for this?

When a country decides to go to war, it must place the names of every president, politician, senator, representative, (or whatever like title), governor, mayor, in a huge fishbowl. When one of the countries young men or women, (they are the first to go) is killed, National television will show the family of that person drawing a name out of the bowl. That person will then be executed the next day on national news. If the people voting for war and destruction faced the same possibility, it seems that there would be less of it. My bf went to court yesterday because his X who is the mother of his daughter took him in on motification of his visitation. She wanted to modify it by not having me around his child. This was an act of jelousy. My bf and I live together and his child loves to spend time at our house and her and I have grown very close. She went to court painting a horrible picture of the 2 of us. My bf has in the PAST been violent toward me and he spent 2 wk in jail due to his actions but since then he has attended many classes for his anger and our relationship is 100% healthier then it was. After hearing both sides of the story and listening to the X's lies the judge handed out the following order--Visitation on mon and sun. Mon gf shall not be present but can be present on Sun. gf can not be present upon drop offs and pick ups. judge told him to have me get out of the car and wait around the corner....we have one car and it is mine....dead winter seems like they are babying her jelousy

I am a college graduate interested in air force ROTC while I'm in grad school and then becoming a geologist in the air force when i serve. I was reading the job description and it sounds like something i want to do (lots of field work and research). I know these descriptions can sometimes be misleading does anyone know a geologist working for the AF if so what do they do?? Is it really just a lame office job?? Do they work with NASA or USGS at all?? Where and what kind of research do they do??

last month my 16 year old was walking down the hall with a friend and kids were in front and behind him someone threw something and a kid in front of him got really mad and turnd around and thought it was my son,grabbed him and started punching him,he had to defend himself.well school policy they both were expelld from school for 3 days,thats fine,hopeing it would cool things off with the kid.but a few days later my son was at a friends house and a van pulled up and six kids jumped out and this same boy and my son fought.I wanted to call police but around here it would not have done no good.Since he was in trouble now he is considered a troubl ,maker.I have to go to a hearing next month he is being charged with disorderly contuct-summary from the school insident,they say it school policy to send it to our local magistrates.We plead not guilty because my son was just protecting himself,and i believe he is afraid of this kid and others now at school.Legal aid say they cant help,help?

The 2nd Amendment needs to be strengthened. Not enough people have been killed this year - we need to remove all the red tape surrounding gun ownership so that we can really get down to the business of killing each other.....

Ok after a person passes MEPs and is then sent to boot camp are they then again checked medically like the way they were at meps like getting checked down their and doing those crazy workouts and other stuff?. What about shots, if you know anything about shots what shots would a person take?

Please elaborate. There are a couple of cases before the courts, for example, which reflect horrible travesties in law. In Chicago, Conrad Black will certainly draw prison time for stealing millions of dollars from stockholders. A short stay in a comfortable facility is expected. Then there's this compassionate father who has just been refused parole after 7 years in prison for the mercy killing of his 12-year-old daughter, who suffered from cerebral palsy, had the mental capacity of a THREE MONTH OLD and was in excruciating pain most of her short life. The amazing thing about us is that we are quick to criticize foreign injustices but turn a blind eye to our own.

Between March 2006 and June 2007, I loaned a friend money on the understanding that he would pay me back. As he was never able to pay me back, we entered into a contract whereby he transferred ownership of goods to me "as payment towards an outstanding debt" (this is the wording of the contract).

The reality is that these goods were full and final settlement of the money he was due me.

Is this contract legally binding or is it null and void due to "past consideration" ?
