we can't.
we live in the real world not utopia nor in heaven. here we have both sides of the coin - the good as well as the bad.
think on it, if we don't have corruption then we wouldn't know what honesty integrity and human dignity is.
constant vigilance is out of the question, hurling them all into outer space is very expensive and killing them outright is morally wrong.
my answer - we live with it.

Where are you going to start? Africa? Right there, you got your answer. Next time you watch CNN pay particular attention to the people. You will see sadness on their faces and their leaders is another story. They look robust as if they are not from the same country. Every loans and grants given to Africa has been stolen by their leaders. And do you want the truth, we all allowed it. corruption need to be removed but everyone want the next guy to do it.

There are plenty of ways to remove it..whether you mean tangible corruption like trash or the things we can't touch like the way someone acts (violence)....the WHOLE world would have to follow the same route and that's NOT going to happen.

Political corruption can nearly be stopped by adding two 4 year term limits to all Congressmen and Senate seats, with a 6 year cooling off period before they can involve themselves in and politics or lobbying again.

I think that for all corruption to end, all the people that live on the planet would have to be dead.

And then it would not matter anyway.
Sad, but I believe it to be true.

Save exterminating the human race, I don't think it is possible. Human nature simply leads to corruption.
