Those who doubted whether Iraq or the world would be better off without Saddam Hussein, and those who believe today that we are not safer with his capture, don't have the judgment to be President, or the credibility to be elected President.

No one can doubt or should doubt that we are safer -- and Iraq is better -- because Saddam Hussein is now behind bars."

I ordered some items from a website over a month ago. They charged my credit card but never sent me a confirmation email or the actual products. I have called the number they have on the website and I believe it is an anwering service, because not once have they ever picked up. I have left messages and sent emails to no avail. What really ticks me off if the fact I wanted these items in time for the holidays. Do you think it is too soon to contact the better business bureau? Advice??

We Amercans pay 1/3 of our tax dollars to a wealthy state of Israel, so they can terrorize Palestinians and other Arab countries in the Middle East, and not occupy but STEAL more and more land for free. We can use all that tax money to solve problems here in America like social security, health care etc.. Why are we forced to support a country that many of us don't want to support? I think because our government acts like a communist one and many are Jewish members that are in the government. Just look at Senator Lieberman and Clinton both want to regulate people and control them by force. Congress doesn't do anything for people, they take bribe money and ratify a bill to increase their salary when they don't even do anything to help Americans. The war in Iraq was Bull Sh**, it was only to make sure Israel got its revenge by killing starving children that die everyday in Iraq, while Israel dances the Torah around our tax dollars. Joe Horn did the right thing, I don’t care if these kids were killed! It was their FAULT!

1.) They were ILLEGAL!!!!
2.) They were robbing his neighbors house
3.) They would have gotten away otherwise

Joe Horn did the right thing, I am glad there are people like him in America. If someone was robbing me and would’ve gotten away with it unless shot dead, I would rather have them killed. What do their lives mean to me anyways but less money and more stress if they succeed!
Props to Mr. Horn!

A single cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of Washington? And, they can track her calves right to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal immigrants wandering around our country. Maybe we should give them each a cow?

I find their being used far more here in Canada than anywhere else. I think it's wrong to use either weapons just for the sake of the police feeling they have more control and power over helpless individuals! Personally I think should be banned.

Why is it that the Republican elite won't give Ron Paul a fair shake?

They keep throwing barriers in his way and using Republican propaganda outfits to slander and attack him. Why are they afraid of Ron Paul's popularity?

The way things are moving, India seems all set to become a colony of Western powers (esp. USA) endangering our self-reliance and self-worth. Major political parties have today sold the nation out to foreign investors, NRI's (I don't consider them Indians). This is what we could have learnt from China.

1. One-child rule after 1960's: This would have kept our population balanced, creative and productive. "Democracy" ensured we face an imminent ecological disaster with 1.5 bn people by 2050. China's population is stabilizing now.
2. National language: Hindi along with regional languages should have been promoted for Science and Tech (like in China). Without national language, we face a lack of identity that you experience as an Indian abroad.
3. Space/Nuclear/Missiles: Indian scientists made many indigenous developments up to the 1980' s (just like China) and now, pure science research is in bad shape across the country.

A nation without self-respect won't last the way we see.

Mitt Romney gave a speech on faith and government. He said we have freedom because of religion.

I was wondering what specific teachings of religion lead to freedom, here on Earth, because I don't see it.

My daughter has fallen quite ill due to MRSA and secondary infections. She has a hearing 16 days from now; she is self-representing and has completed her portion of the "discovery" phase. Her exhibits have been prepared. She had a timeline of things that needed to be done or satisfied, and even with some non-professional help, has started to miss those deadlines. The exhibits were not submitted in time. She will be writing a "motion for continuance pleading" today when she is up from a nap. I looked up what that is, and in her state, the "motion" can be denied. Even though she is verifiably ill, I suppose that the judge could deny the request. If that happens, is there any alternative she can pursue, or anything else she can do? I am trying to find out as much as I can because she is too ill to spend much time at the law library. Currently, she is being treated at home by a visiting nurse so that she can avoid contact with the general public.
Thank you

Judge Patrick Higginbotham, who heard the appeal with Judges Grady Jolly and Edward Prado, said evidence that Davila made multiple attempts to smuggle drugs across the border, evidence kept from the jury, "strikes me as very relevant."

"It does seem to me like the government overreacted here," added Jolly, noting the severity of the charges and the lengthy sentences prosecutors sought, as he questioned Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark Stelmach.

Stelmach acknowledged that Davila told "some lies" to investigators, but said jurors rejected the agents' argument that they acted in self-defense when they shot at Davila. He did not note that by concealing evidence of a second offense, the jurors might have thought Davila was a one-time "mule" and not a career drug-running felon.

As Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., has pointed out, "The prime witness against these two border patrol agents was involved in another major load of drugs and the prosecution made a conscious decision to keep these facts from the jury."

"How," asked Compean's attorney, Bob Baskett, "could the U.S. attorney . . . take the word of an admitted illegal alien drug smuggler over two agents with 15 years of experience who have been involved in over 100 drug busts and never hurt anybody?

Has any President of the U.S. ever been charged with violating the oath of office? Hypothetically, if a President in taking the Oath swears to "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States..." then through his words and actions shows open, blatant contempt for the document, could a citizen file civil or criminal charges against that President after he leaves office?

What is your opinion on gun control?

Sould we make guns illegal like most other countries?

Should we have a better gun control?

If your pro-gun...explain why you feel that way. Other than its in the constitution.

After all the school shotting, and the resent mall shotting do you think we should still have the right to own guns?

Thanks 4 your opinion
