Get outta town! Ya don't say!
In an excerpt from his forthcoming book, McClellan recounts the 2003 news conference in which he told reporters that aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were "not involved" in the leak involving operative Valerie Plame.

"There was one problem. It was not true," McClellan writes, according to a brief excerpt released Tuesday. "I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest-ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice president, the president's chief of staff and the president himself."

with the recent washington d.c. case possibly coming before the court i find it hard to believe that they will do the proper, legal thing and declare gun rights both a state and individual right. The constitution makes it pretty clear, as do the individual writings of many of the framers that while the states do indeed need the right to a well organized militia, that those militias historically and today are made up of un-enlisted free individuals and that historically (both at the time the constitution was written, and today around the world) those individual brought thier own weapons to battle. All of this is particularly easy for the court to decide in this day and age as currently the federal gov. controls the states national guard units, they are only headed by an officer appointed by the individual states. Under the constitution this would make the militias arms of the federal gov. and therefor not militias. federal troops not likely to fight fed troops!

im taking about war crimes, for example donald rumsfeld was blamed for torture and killings of iraqis by american forces, and he resigned to avoid a court case aganist him, this is very common in so called democratic countires when the guilty get away with murder.

Let's face it. The war on drugs is a waste of money and we know that prohibition doesn't work. People will always use mind-altering substances no matter what. Why does the government continue to spend billions and billions on a war that will never be won and that creates more problems such as inner city crime, gang violence, turf wars, etc?

I am currently upset and fretting about the exposure of my details, and the government is responsible for my state of unease. Like any other entity, they should be sanctioned for this. Outside the polling booth, how can this be achieved? Can we form a class action to sue? Can someone with the time and the technical nouse form an e-petition or website to this end?

Carole Simpson, who worked at ABC news and is now a jornalist instructor admitted she is a Hillary supporter. Do you think it wise for reporters to come out and admit who they support.

It was an unorthodox political endorsement, to be sure. And in throwing her support behind presidential candidate Hillary Clinton with an unprompted, heartfelt speech at a New Hampshire rally last month, Carole Simpson, the longtime ABC news anchor-turned-Emerson College journalism instructor, flung herself into the partisan fires.
