Is Doctor Strangelove in charge of the United States Government. Why is the US congress so intensely disliked? I cannot help but suspect the President is not in the White House. Are they all pizzed with the public and know nobody can stand in their way? Like the man said, "Mercy, mercy ... what's going on?"

The florida coast is constantly patroled by nuclear subs, cutters, aircraft 24-hours-per-day and many channels on satellite surveillence never ends and is being constantly monitored. Not so bor the southern border. that is why they are actually spending far more protecting the us from cuba and the drug smugglers from south america than mexico. interestingly, more drugs come from the mexican border these days. ha ha ha ha, suckers! Pancho Villa's revenge!

Why is it that our government caters to China a country that does things to it's own people that should have it banned from the UN . But when it is a small country like Cuba we spend millions keeping it under lock and key . We stop Cubans from coming to the US to have a better life and let millions of mexicans into the country and give the a hand to get started illegally . Why .

This is interesting, I live in Miami and I would not have guessed that so much money is spent on the coast... The coast nearest Cuba is infinitely smaller than the Mexican border, so what the hell is going on? This must be more misspent money flowing out of the Washington bureaucracy. You have to wonder what all the people in Washington are smoking...
By the way, there are also thousands of Haitians that reach Florida shores, not only Cubans....the only difference is that Cubans can stay but Haitians can't...go figure...

I have been to both Los Angeles and Miami. I'd have to say the Mexicans speak more English than the Cubans.

well, illegal mexicans don't come through a coast. they come through a border so I would have to say Cubans win this one.
