is it a felony or a misdemeanor when someone steals a prescription pad writes themself a prescription with a phony doctors name?

and BTW how does a person even get caught doing that? i mean it sounds like it would be hard to get caught. after all its just giving the pharmacist the note and they fill the bottle right?

and no i am not planning on doing this. its just a question out of curiosity

-- My parents got 1 year visa, while most people get 10 year. During the interview, they said they will stay for 3-4 months. Could that be the reason of getting 1 year and not more?
(I know people who said 1 month stay, and they got 10 year visa)

Any inputs appreciated.

Thanks.

The US Constitution's first ammendment is freedom of religion and speech. That mean's one religion should not be forced on the masses.

Interesting that churches are preaching political matters in sermons to have their views forced on the masses. Also interesting that the only words allowed from the audience in these churches are "Amen," "Hallelujah," and "That's Right Brother." Does this sound like freedom of religion and speech?

These religiously brainwashed people refuse to even be curious about adopting 143 million orphaned children who want to be valued as much as white newborns are valued.

What is the significance of this symbology here in the United States? Can someone explain why we are taught that Naziism was bad, yet we are using the fasces symbol??

You know like that guy who was sleeping on his couch a few months ago and some sick police came in and tasered him. Well if I was that guy I probably would have defended myself and killed them. What would be the legal consequences? I ask this seriously because I am prepared to defend myself if some stupid cops came into my home. Here was the story:

I do not need to be told rudely to go seek legal advice, obviously for a situation like this, that is inevitable.Input is appreciated:BEFORE I CONSULT WITH LAWYERS, SOCIAL WORKERS & LEGAL AID. I just wanted to know if anyone happened to have any information about this complicated situation:

R.E. is a 16 year old girl in foster care, living between group homes and foster families. She resides in New York City. R.E. is pregnant and will be giving birth to her newborn son in December/January. J.R. is 23 year old, living in Virginia. R.E. wants to give J.R. temporary custody of the newborn child. What is the procedure to do this? R.E is 16 years old (a minor), she is in foster care, she lives in a completely different state.

If temporary custody is not the best alternative, then what should be done so that J.R. is able to bring the baby to doctors appointments, get WIC, etc.

(We are trying to avoid any permanent legal adoption&putting the infant in foster care is NOT an option.)

In Florida, a predator kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered a girl. John Couey deliberately committed the act against a 9 year old girl, Jessica Lunsford. It was very difficult but the prosecutors got a conviction and a death sentence for this low-life white trash animal.

The ACLU and other liberal groups oppose the punishment and will continue to attempt to commute Couey's death sentence. It will take years and a small fortune to get justice. The people who oppose Couey's fitting punishment are reprehensible.

All liberals are not against the death penalty but every advocate against capital punishment is a liberal, including an overwhelming % of criminal defense lawyers

If Couey had killed, murdered, raped and tortured your child wouldn't you cross the line to punish Couey, if you could?

What would you say to the liberal group like the ACLU who wants Couey given a pass?

Why do liberals support the ACLU? Is partnership in socialism worth it?

Without saying something stupid like, "Giuliani's dumb" or "Hillary sucks," please give an honest, well-thought-out opinion of who you think will win and why.

Guns are usually used to inflict injury or death on a living creature human or animal. There are many people whose lives are taken by people who pull that trigger. Living in Philadelphia, the murder rate is in the 400s, I know this. There was a police officer shot and killed 2 weeks ago and 2 more just shot last week. Children have also been shot and killed too. It is a national issue, too not just a Philadelphia issue. Can you admit that gun violence is a problem and an issue? There are a few points and I happen to partially agree with all of them. Guns are not the problem, people are. We cannot trust people with guns and if no one had them then there would be fewer deaths. It is my right to have a gun. I agree partially with all of these arguments. There is a problem of legal guns getting into the hands of someone who did not buy it or someone who legally has a gun using it against someone. Please I don't want to take your gun but how do we stop this madness of gun violence?

Why would we not do stem cell research when there are 2.1 million abortions per year? I mean seriously, you know how many lives we could possibly save! Ridiculous!

Don't take me the wrong way I do think it's wrong if we are intentionally killing embryos to get the stem cells. But if there are 2.1 million abortions per year, than why would we not use those stem cells for the research?

Oh yes, 2.1 million are only the REPORTED cases. Who knows how many unreported abortions there are.
