Yes people should always donate to the ones that are not as fortunate as us. What goes around comes around.

i think we should help our own first and foremost.if other countries stepped up and took some responsibility for their own people and problems instead of expecting others like AMERICA to bail them out all the time it would be better.and moreover most are ungrateful,selfish,lazy and hate us because they are jealous of our freedoms and successes which they do not have.many come here to steal,rob,use someone Else's identity to acquire things they are not entitled to because they are here illegally.no---- i do not feel good about these people but i do feel good helping my people who need food shelter medicine or clothing it is not required to help criminals who do nothing but take.i have a heart but i have a brain also.take responsibility and stop taking handouts and good luck.remember GOD helps those who help themselves ,that does not mean by breaking laws,stealing identity or any other criminal activity if this offends you sorry but the truth is the truth!

...almost as good as meeting one of those "neighbors" who's trying to break into my house and steal my stuff with a big stick with nails sticking out of it...

What makes you think other countries deserve anything if they can't get/make it themselves? We tried to help the vietnamese and the world hated us. We are trying to help the middle east and everybody hates us now. If they had enough sense they'd get out of the friggin desert.
