George is the named defendant on a valid, instate, non-contact,protective order petitioned by his estranged wife Sarah. Sarah chooses to invite George back into the residence to attemt reconciliation. Who is in violation of the court's order and subject to legal sanctions.

Geo. would be foolish to go w/o a trusted witness, or w/o getting the invitation in writing from the wife. He has been ordered to stay away by the Court and unless he can present some kind of waiver by Sarah, he is placing himself at risk of being arrested.
