there are AGR (Active Guard/Reserve) jobs, that I know of that do not deploy because they fullfill a mission that requires them to be at a duty station.
notice that i'm NOT saying that its NOT possible to get pulled for overseas duty. but its very unlikely in my experience.
Unit Administrators (UAs) and Recruiters are what I specifically reference to.

No job in the military either active or reserve would never require overseas deployment.

Other than retention and recruiting which are both AGR positions I don't know of any MOS. There are some units that are non deploy-able but you could still be cross leveled out of them to fill a vacancy in another unit that is deploying. My advice, if you are not willing to deploy don't join.

The only MOS I can think of in the entire US military that actually requires overseas service is defense attache. Oh, wait, there's also Marine Security Guard. Both of these titles only exist at embassies, which are obviously in foreign lands.

There are non-deployable units but no non deployable jobs.
Just look in to the units in your area.

Don't be in the military if you don't want to deploy.
