Interesting modern paradox! If everyone hates everyone else equally, for no sensible reason, then discrimination logically is ended!
Is that the ideal World that certain activists want?

if you hate all races then your not a racist your just a really anti-social person. The whole definition of racism is preferring one race over the others, or thinking one race is lower then the others.
It would be difficult to be a racist and not discriminate. By nature you would dislike one or more races and would probably give preferential treatment to the race you preferred even if it wasn't conscious.

The word HATE is the most difficult to define. Discrimination exists amongst the whole populace. Thus, everyone is a racist at one time or another. But are you really sure that you can actually HATE another person just because of their existence? . . . Not because they killed your parents or burned up a orphanage . . . Or raped a blind six-year old? . . . etc? How do you define HATE for an entire race of people? You might be suicidal and you don't even realize it.

discrimination reaches far beyond race, but few want to recognize that. But yes, it IS possible to not like a race, and not discriminate against them. It is a choice to act differently towards them. Just like you can hate someone, and still treat them civil...most people understand this idea, look at in-law relationships.

Racism is a descrimination based on race. If you hate all people for other reasons than race then the discrimination is based on other prejudices.

Descriminate:treat group unfairly because of prejudice: to treat one person or group worse than others or better than others, usually because of a prejudice about race, ethnicity, age, religion, or gender etc

It is possible to have ill feelings about a person or a race and not act on those feelings. If one were to hate all races equally, it would not be racism. Each "race" would be hated "EQUALLY". Equality is the key element in discriminatory actions.

(I like the comment about modern-day in-law relationships!--Very true!) ;o)

You can hate all races or just one and not discriminate in how you treat them. You can be non discriminatory in treating them all the same or all bad or any combination in between as long as it is not done out of racial or ethnic political or any other view considered racial. You can discriminate how you treat your parents. Discrimination is open to interpretation

Racism is a belief. Discrimination is an act. You can "believe" without taking action.

If you hate all races including your own you are not racist, you are antisocial. But I feel racism and discrimination goes hand in hand.
