What were the four conditions that were required to come to Texas and settle?

I only found three in my textbook.

1. Occupy the land within two years
2. Make improvements to it
3. Become a Catholic (the only legal religion allowed by Mexico)

I'm guessing one of them was something along the lines of "Not starting an armed insurection to break away from Mexico and form an independent Republic of Texas."

There's probably a lesson to be learned in there, about the adviseability of letting hordes of foreigners cross your border for economic reasons....
