To all of the milky white people out there do you need a change of underwhere when you here someone call you a RACIST. --

Ya see people that word stops WHITEY in his tracks and he tries to undue any wrong that was done.

That word is powerful when it is used for the right reason.
That word is overplayed by the illegal immigrant gang and it is loosing it's meaning.

Try not to over- use that word -- African Americans have had to deal with racism a lot --- I mean A LOT -- but it seems that the results of using that word by the illegal gang could be a benifical thing to them.

I am supprised that the real victims of racism are not speaking out on the overuse of this word. --

Whitey - I have given up on - they have been trained to feel the guilt and have an s- eating grin all of the time. Like they have to say sorry to be in America.

The Bill of Rights on the other Hand was constructed by Thomas Paine, who by all accounts was a raging progressive....
Take the time to read both, which is more like our "Utopian" Vision of what The US should be?
The Bill of Rights
http://usinfo.state.gov/usa/infousa/facts/funddocs/billeng.htm
The constitution.
http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html..

while the BOR is an extension of the Constitution they represent two very different aspects of a free thinking people..
the Constitution is unnecessarily contrived and "Loop Holed".. while the BOR puts fourth in plain English what the application should be ...
why Is Thomas Paine not considered the Father of Democracy ?

Americans or Iranians?

Americans wanted Sunni Al Qaeda out of Iraq but so did the Shia Iranians.

Americans wanted Saddam out of power but so did the Iranians.

Americans wanted a democratic Iraqi Govt. & so did the Shia Iranians because Iran knew that the Iraqi Shia would dominate that Govt. & become instant Iranian allies.

Bush basically did what millions of Iranian troops couldn't during the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s which doesn't really make much sense when Bush put Iran on the axis of evil list? Does it?

Most of you want Universal Health Care, for example, which is proven doesn't work to save lives, or help anyone get the care they need, ask England, and Canada. Most of you want the government in charge of we the people, some of you supporting Hugo Chavez, and his liberal American actors supporters. Hugo's idea of government is the same as Germany's during WWI, WWII, USSR's....each having "health-care" supported by the government (Socialist, and Communist being the same thing). Explain to me, please, how a government's control of you is freedom?

Of course it is, but I am wondering if there is any legal actions that can be taken.

The Story: My friend, who is black, was dating this girl, who is white, and they had been dating for a few months when her father found out. I have know the girls family for ever and he has alway been a super white-supremist, that is why the daughter hid the realationship from him. BUt after he found out he grounded her, took her phone, car, etc, away and forced them to break up.

I am just wondering if there is anything legally I can do to help him out...I am not sure on the laws, but this seems extremely unjust to me.

Just seeing what you all think.

Thanks.

When I was a kid, I remember huge snowfalls, we have pics and stuff, but lately we here in New Jersey haven't had a heavy winter in years. Last good snow was Dec 6 06 but the rest of the winter was boring. This October was average 8.2 degrees higher than normal, and last few years were higher too. Anyone know what the heck is going on here?

My fiance and I have been together for 8 months now. I am 23 and he is 28. He is Dominican and used to live in New York. He is licensed from the police academy to carry a gun. I asked him if he's ever used it. Last night he told me that when he lived in NY 5 years ago he was on the subway and was wearing an expensive jacket with expensive shoes. A man came and told him "Your shoes and jacket look nice, what do you think to take them off for me.." and my boyfriend got close to him and told out his gun and said "What do you think about my taking this out?". Then the guy went away.

Is this illegal or is this called defending yourself? I want to know if this is something he can get in trouble for. He is such a kind and good mind and doesn't start trouble but is ready to protect himself and his family if need be.

Thank you~

This happened in Texas, and the killer was an elderly man. He called police, told them his plans, and was repeatedly warned told not to shoot them. However this being Texas I wonder if he'll get away with justifiable homicide x 2. What do you think?

separated the reconstruction of Iraq from the war in Iraq? Specifically, how it would be possible for the U.S. to move towards a peace keeping role (in the areas that are showing progress) and begin reconstruction efforts? Thanks.

Someone wrote in response to a question about the US, that:
..
"The US constitution, the greatest document ever written!"

If that is true, why did your president refer to it as "just another piece of paper?"

I support amnesty only for exceptional illegals...the ones who have the potential to help America versus the ones only adding to its miseries. If these exceptionally bright illegals could turn themselves into professionals: doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists, ....value added individuals....putting themselves through school with their own money, not the government's money ; not the US taxpayers' money......and they would have a limited amount of time to effect this metamorphisis, say...no longer than the college program requires or no more than, say....10 years...maintaining throughout at least a 3.5 GPA. And, if the US could work out a deal with them whereby they agree to remain in America for 20 years minimum after graduating to contribute to this society AND if they agreed to limiting the amount of kids they had, I would definitely be for giving them amnesty...30 years hence after all that remains to be seen has been proven. Only under those terms though would I agree to it...any seditious moves on their part and they would be kicked out instantly. No one asked them to come here...they imposed themselves upon this country. However, if they intend to stay permanently, they had better WORK LIKE A CRAZY PERSON to prove that they are THE best in whatever field they choose. Do you think deporting an illegal that could be the next Madame Curie or Albert Einstein is in the best interests of the United States? What do you think?
