Many people use false accusations and questions with no basis to smear an opposing idea, person, or group.
Does this tactic make them a liar, and how can they be held accountable?

I recently (2 months ago)... started working at this small boutique. I was friendly to everyone but i could sense something was really strange with the way they were towards me. I never had to sign any papers at the begining and was told how it was important to be at work when I am supposed to work. I was a good worker and did everything I was supposed to do. I was also kind of lost because nobody really tried to help me out that much. Then I started getting calls like I couldn't come in bc it was to slow. Yet other girls were on the schedule and worked alot. The owner wouldn't even call me herself and tell me I couldn't work. I finally worked one day and was again trying to get along with the people I was working with but they were being really short. I got a call after work that I was fired for it being so slow. I called the owner bc it was some girl who had to tell me not even the owner. She told me that there were complaints and that it wasn't her decision to fire me. could i sue?

I have a "heavy" personal and embarrassing question.

Over a year ago, I experienced a major loss and became clinically depressed. I also became suicidal. One night/morning I decided to follow through with my ideation and drove to a near bridge. Someone must have called 911 since police and ambulance arrived shortly thereafter.

I was taken to a hospital Emergency ward. Still upset, I snuck out of the hospital and tried to get my car back from the towing company holding it. But being notified of my "escape", they called the police who then arrested me under the Mental Health Act and I was returned to the hospital for 36hrs.

Since the incident, I've received help and I am no longer suicidal or depressed. In fact, I'm terribly embarrassed about the entire incident. Hence, my questions...

Who sees the info regarding my attempt?
-If I ever go to the hospital again, can all hospital staff read about it?
-If I'm pulled over for speeding, call all police see it?

Thank you in advance

I personally think he's a full blown racist. He revived his dying career by bashing hispanic immigrants and appealling to bigots. His claim to fame was aligning himself with white nationalists who would often be guests on his show to spew hatred towards hispanics.

And who cares if he married a Mexican woman....plenty of racist men sleep with women of a particular race that they secretly hate. And that doesn't mean she's not racist herself.

Do you read/watch the news, surf the web, research it at the library, listen to talk radio, listen to a school teacher, etc. Frankly, I watch the news, but dont really believe much of what the news says, since they only seem to want to report about death, and destruction, failures, but from reading some answers some people seem very informed, and some people are pretty much refer to Wikipedia, and some are going by what Al-Jeezera reports. I was just wondering. Thanks.

I have a friend who pays $ 256 in child support a week for a child that is definately his. The problem is that the mother refuses to let him see the child and out of 8 yrs he has a collective time of 3 months with this child. Even though I have tried to talk him out of it, he wants to have his own parental rights terminated legally. He told me that his lawyer told him that he can not give up his parental rights without the consent of the mother. I dont think this is true..........anyone who definately knows please help. This is in Tennessee, if that helps.

So I was following my friend to his place, and we were going pretty fast. There were like 3-4 cops, and as soon as I saw one turn the lights on, I tried to get away, and took an exit. But he was right on my tail so i decided to stop. On my ticket though he wrote the make of a car as Lexus, so in court, should I admit to speeding, say that I was going around 85-90, adn he probably clocked a lexus going 106?

i got pulled over last week for doing 38 in a 35 but i see cops riding down the road doing well over 80 in a 35 during heavy traddic but no one is around to police the police... cops are given the right to speed in emergency situations but i see them racing their cruisers down the road at night when they think no one is looking i sit on my front porch at night and sometimes i see the same 2 cops racing down the same part of the road more than once in the same night (its obvious there racing, i sit on my porch everynight) and its always at the same time 3:51 AM on the dot, they coming flying down the highway doing no less that 120mph and i know there is no emergency that happens every night without fail exactly at 3:51am every flippin day.... i honestly don't car how fast they drive i just don't understand how they can give me tickets for drivng 3 MPH over the limit but they can come down the same patch of road in front of my house every (week) night without fail doing well over 100...
