I think that He thinks he has done that but it seems to me that the constitution has actually gotten in the way of the Bush agenda.

No. He has put U.S. troops in harm's way in Iraq in a war founded on misinformation, Osama bin Laden is still unaccounted for, his so-called "Patriot Act" violates the Bill Of Rights, and don't even get me started on health care. History will remember the Bush Administration as a grotesque farce.

Well unlike Hugo he has not disbanded any media outlets, he has not declared the end to the two term rule, he hasn't imprisoned any one for speaking out against him or even kicked anyone out of the country for the same. So - yes.

Yep...unlike his predecessor Slick Willie, who pretty much left us dangling in the wind, did NOTHING to punish the bombers of the USS Cole, our embassies, and told Sudan "no thanks" when they said we could have bin Raghead.
