How old do you have to be to go to jail for murder?

There is no across the board Minimum age! Some jurisdictions
say 8 years old others say 12 years old most don't give an age but say something like " AGE OF REASON" which translates
into old enough to know better or know the consequences of what they are doing!

A person who is able to discern the consequences of his acts even when still a minor could be charged and tried in court for murder.
