This incident happened in Illinois and wasn't sure if private property laws prohibit an action. If this is true could you also give the law and its reference number to use for court.

I know a guy who gave a false birthdate and social security number when he got arrested and fingerprinted. He got away with it. ....or at least he thinks he did for now. Does anyone know of a Federal law that covers this? Assuming the fingerprints were put into the FBI database, I would think there has to be some federal statute prohibitting it. ....or a state law in Arkansas. This guy is trouble and needs to be in jail. Any advice? Thanks.

years ago, but she didn't know what should be next. So she stay and didn't do nothing. She was already in the U.S. when the I-130 was approved. So today I was reviewing some papers and found out that she was approved for so long. shouldn't her next step be to file for I-485? Is it too late?

In the movie Se7en, with Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt....in the end when Brad Pitt, a cop, kills Kevin Spacey, a hand-cuffed suspect.....because he had reason to believe the perp had killed his pregnant wife............ what would be the charge? Would he spend time in jail? Would he (Pitt) get off? I know it's a movie, but hypothetically, what would be the charge?

Opinion Poll

Are you happy with the government as it is now?

Has there ever been a time when you were happy with it?

If you were to create a web page to make the people aware of some of the facts of this country what would the page be about?

Other comments .. I would like to hear your opinion.

Thanks
Will

I've been living here since I was 8 years and being illegal is just starting to take its toll on me. Even though I get good grades and speak perfect english; I can't get a job, a drivers licence, or scholarships. I realize that if a stay here ill probably just end up in a dead end job. If I go back to Mexico, at least I will have a chance to go to college. And nobody can call me a ******* over there.

Should we say Heil Hillary, or Comrade Clinton?

She really scares me with her " Living" interpretation to the constitution and bill of rights.

I fear for my 1st, 2nd and 4th amendment rights

Do you?

I was wondering,
If a ambassador was in a foreign country, and that country has declared war on his own; what happens to the ambassador? Is he declared a POW, or technically the building that he is in is on a piece of land belonging to his own country. If so, would he be asked to go back to his own country? Or does he stay to be the middleman for the two nations?

Also...those of us who can't afford health insurance will have to suffer through this very painfull disease (not to mention a host of other dilapidating diseases) because hey...Mortgage comes first. How can you justify non-socialzed health insurance when many Americans simply cannot afford it (health ins.) at the prices now in effect... and how much is Bush responsible for making health ins out of reach for the average American.

See, I have a friend who is already enlisted in the Navy, and he'll be going soon as he's out of high school. He's 17 right now. And he just told me yesterday, and I am so worried about him. Him getting hurt or dying would kill me. Are my fears irrational? Is the Navy really dangerous? Are they likely to go to combat? Or is just like the Army that's dangerous?
