In the movie Se7en, with Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt....in the end when Brad Pitt, a cop, kills Kevin Spacey, a hand-cuffed suspect.....because he had reason to believe the perp had killed his pregnant wife............ what would be the charge? Would he spend time in jail? Would he (Pitt) get off? I know it's a movie, but hypothetically, what would be the charge?

Second Degree Murder, since it was not planned and arose out of the passion of the moment.
He would almost certainly plead temporary insanity, and I think (based on having just found his wife's head in a box) he might wind up locked up in a mental hospital instead of prison.

It would be a metal case of right and wrong. Did he under the pressure of seeing his dead pregnant wife's head know right from wrong. If you look back over the movie though, you will see that they did have the correct suspect for the issues at hand. It was just a matter of proving it in court.

We do obey the guidelines of the land. the problem right here seems greater if God can nevertheless confer with adult adult males like He did in the time of Christ and the classic jews.
