Also...those of us who can't afford health insurance will have to suffer through this very painfull disease (not to mention a host of other dilapidating diseases) because hey...Mortgage comes first.How can you justify non-socialzed health insurance when many Americans simply cannot afford it (health ins.) at the prices now in effect... and how much is Bush responsible for making health ins out of reach for the average American.

Bush's Medicare Plan D with its deductibles makes it very difficult to obtain expensive medications.He also assists Big Pharma to maintain their patents as long as possible.His priorities are wrong he should put health before War.He should also introduce price controls and enable people to buy for less abroad

Considering that Shingles is caused by the Chicken Pox Virus which goes dormant in the spinal area until activated by an injury or stress years later, as well as the fact that no drug is effective against viruses. Oh,Well! Make up your own mind.

No. You haven't taken into consideration the research and time needed to make this drug, let alone the funds.

The question is, why can't you afford a mortgage and shingles drugs? Did 'Bush' keep you from education and a good job?

most developed nations have caps on what can be charged for drugs.

since the usa doesn't - the drug companies make american citizens make up the margins due to other nations regulation.

does out govt protect us from this?

again, in a word - no.

Of course they're ripping us off. And now that they're allowed to advertise on t.v., it's even worse. The consumer is expected to pay their advertising costs, too.
