Probably some time in county. She has priors so it doesn't look good. Especially a felony.
yea a felony charge doesn't disappear. Even though you paid the debt, it will still show up.
As long as this is a misdemeanor, she probably will get probation. But, those priors add up man.

First of all she should WISE UP !!!
There is no excuse for a possession charge... If you are stupid enough to use marijuana, Do it where it can't be smelled by anyone, If you can't do that, Make Tea or Brownies with it. But with the other charges she has had, she is not smart, and isn't getting smarter. She should look at her life and see where she is going, and the future blocks in life, her lifestyle is creating.
