Im a permanent resident living in the US for the past 35 years. Im planning to retire and go back to my native country. I was wondering if I should give up my green card and just get a visitors visa to travel to the US on vacation or just apply for US citizenship?

george bush lied to invade iraq, he admits it now. He passed the patriot act to bypass citizens constitutional rights. He lied about his desire to catch/kill bin laden. he wants to open our borders to illegal immigrants and he denies children healthcare. Doesn't that make him a two-faced lying criminal?
Also, if he IS guilty of all of the above... shouldn't he be tried for his crimes in a federal court of law?

Oh, and I don't wanna hear that 'bush is a hero' or 'your a liberal' or 'your a terrorist'. It doesn't phase me and it shows your lack of true opinion on the matter.

Undercover surveillance at a midtown apartment complex led to the seizure of heroin and methamphetamine and the arrests of three illegal immigrants Wednesday, a Tucson police spokesman said.
Police seized a pound of heroin, worth $16,000; 1.5 pounds of meth, worth $18,000; two handguns; three rifles; an undisclosed amount of cash and drug paraphernalia at the apartment,Two of the men arrested - Oscar Alfredo Sillas-Figueroa, 29, and Pedro Martinez-Salaz, 18 - were booked into the Pima County Jail on Thursday, a jail clerk said.
Martinez-Salaz was charged with possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of a dangerous drug for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia, the clerk said. Sillas-Figueroa received the same charges as well as one for possession of a narcotic drug for transport, she said.
Both are held without bond because of their immigration status, she said.
The third person arrested, a 17-year-old, was booked into the Pima County Juvenile Court Center, Hopffer said. His name was not released because he is a juvenile.
The investigation that led to the apartment in the 4100 block of East Fairmount Street began in August, Hopffer said. All three suspects lived there, he said.
Although the bust was not record-breaking, it illustrates a nexus of new trends in local drug dealing, Lt. Kelly Lane of the Counter Narcotics Alliance said.
There has been a resurgence of heroin sales in the past six months, he said. "We're starting to see heroin making a comeback at the street level in terms of popularity," he said.
Different hard drugs are now being sold at the same location, Lane said. "It used to be that there were specialities. Now you can get several things in one place," he said. Lane said that trend started about a year ago.
Drugs also are being sold locally in larger amounts, he said. Previously, drugs in large quantities were found being moved through town, instead of being sold for local use.
Illegal immigrants, long suspected of carrying drugs north from Mexico, are now selling drugs in increasing numbers, Lane said.

Roe vs.Wade Survivor here. I don't understand how liberals can be such hypocrites. They always pretend to be soooo worried about the children yet they support slaughtering 1.5 million of them per year in the US alone. That's 4,109 abortions every day. PLEASE PLEASE don't pretend to care about children until you get rid of abortion!

I keep hearing lots of comments how Americans are so dumb and how they believe everthing their media tells them. Perhaps it's true. But are you telling me that out of this whole world, Americans are the only ones who beleive everything thier media tells them? I'm sure there's media bias in every country, but for some reason it's mostly the Americans who get criticised for 'swalloing eveything they say' Nobody's perfect you know.

I became friends with this guy out here in Wichita, Kansas when I moved from NJ. I trusted him because I thought he was my friend. He "helped" me into buying a truck in which I paid $2500 for and the truck was only worth $1000 because it was really a piece of junk. The truck kept giving me problems so I wanted to get rid of it. My friend said he could put a little work into the truck and get it sold for me and just split what it sells for 50/50 between us. So he put a couple hundred dollars into the truck to make it look a bit better. I signed my title and gave it to him because he found a buyer in which he sold it for $1200. Now I know signing my title to him freely was a mistake, but I trusted him and figured he would give me my half of the pay. He didn't and moved to Kansas City. He does not return my calls, he outright robbed me. Please tell me that if I took him to court that I have a chance of getting my $600. Tell me what I can do to help me to get it. Thanks.

My divorce Attorney did nothing for me but charge me an outragious bill, when I first went for counciltation I was told that my attorney would be $2,500 and now it is up to $5,000 and they just keep sending me things of what they are doing in the office and I have no idea what is going on and I don't seen no evidence of what they are doing other than charging me money, this is very unfair and seems like a racatair. I really appreciate any ones help.

P.S can anyone help me get intouch with Gloria Aldridge Maybe she can look at my bill.

My mom just got busted for an illegal left turn in California. I have several questions:

1. Does anybody know how much the ticket will probably cost?
2. If she goes to traffic school does she then not have to pay the ticket?
3. Would her traffic school fees be more than or way less than the cost of the ticket?

Thanks!

I think dog fighting and rooster /c*ck fighting is cruel just as many people do, BUT yet we will lure 18 year olds right out of high school to go to war in Iraq for the big oil companies and defense contractors, even though our lawmakers say that 18 year olds are too young to make the choice to smoke tobacco or drink whiskey. It is legal to become a porn actor at age 18 which is FAR too young to make that choice in my opinion. I mean they are not smart enough be trusted with cigarettes or alcohol right, so how can an 18 year old be mature enough to choose to be in porn movies? They pay through the nose for car insurance because they are too immature right?
Campaign contributions from the porn industry, hollywood, and large companies involved is what it is all about isn't it? Am I wrong? Men can beat eachother's heads in at boxing. We can imprison baby calves from birth to death in dark barns for tender veal. Look up what is done to get veal and tell me that is not evil as hell.
