no, it does not, the rich already pay the most in taxes (liberals this is the truth from the IRS), why should we punish them because they are rich? Its like taxing White people more because more white people buy vacation homes.........because God forbid white people have vacation homes.

My point is you cant blanket this kind of stuff. If you but a $4 latte every morning does that mean homeless people can say you are not taxed enough? Doesent that go against the liberal motto that an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind?

In my opinion we need a flat tax, just get rid of the IRS and make everyone pay a federal sales tax on goods, therefore the more the rich buy the more money they put into the tax system, and then illegals and tourists cant evade the tax either. Therefore your taxes every year will be directly proportional to the quality of life you can afford. No more dirty tax tricks by the rich to evade the system, and no more overburdening the middle class with half of the load.
