i ordered from tvboxset.com and never received it and it's been 3 months + they never answer the phone so it's gotta be someone i can call because other people can be getting ripped off to so please let me know what i can do thanks again

Many states will not be able to continue the funding of the very successful SCHIP program. All of the children who were covered will now fall back through the cracks and be uninsured again. In my state our SCHIP program is called PeachCare. Our state is controlled by republicans. Our officials have stated that without the reauthorization of the SCHIP program that they will not be able to fund this program because they were counting entirely on funding from the federal government.

What will happen to these children?

About four years ago, I hired a photographer to take photos of my art. Now the photos are on her website with her copyright blazing across them. I don't think I'd mind if she gave me credit as the artist, but nowhere is my name mentioned. I've no doubt this is unethical if not illegal. Does anyone know what I can do about it? Thank you!

Yesterday the House voted to override the President's shameful veto of the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) and fell short by 10 Republican obstructionist votes.

President Bush and the Rubber Stamp Republicans in Congress will be haunted by vetoing legislation for 10 million children. They will be haunted for as long as they are in office or as long as they continue to resist giving health insurance to millions of America's children.
This is an all-too-familiar pattern in Washington these days. Once again, Democrats are offering the American people hope and progress, while a stubborn President and his obstructionist Republican friends in Congress respond with roadblocks.
This is the third time when the only thing blocking meaningful change that Americans overwhelming support was George Bush's veto pen and obstructionist Republicans to back him up

We went from pretty unfettered left-wing rule (1940-1980) to right-wing rule (1980-date) and Americans often see each other as enemies, rather than focusing on our real enemies, and the serious economic problems that face our country today.
Is there a way to Unite Americans again, so we can tackle the big problems we face? Which politicians are talking of Unity today?
(We know now, Bush didn't mean it when he said he was a "uniter," and Carter in the 70's was pretty divisive too)

I am fighting a ticket (making a right turn on a red light without stopping) in San Diego, California. Where can I find specific rules for the following subjects:
1. :any and all Traffic-Enforcer/Enforcement shall and will be 100% visible to all traffic and public (Day/Night) Patrol Vehicle: Street Patrol. (Entrapment)
2. Officer did not have 100%View of Traffic Lights
3. Just because one light is green, the officer cannot assume that the other light is red.

I bought my car on Labor Day and I still have not gotten my plates yet .I have called everyday and they always say they are looking into it . I am 23, Female and live at home with my mother. I have GCSE's and an NVQ in Beauty Therapy (random I know). For the past 3 years I have worked in general admin/reception roles, I find it very boring and now I want to train for a career and I want a challenge. I enjoy fitness but I am no athlete, I love the outdoors and I really want to travel. I am interested in becoming a dental nurse or veterinary technician (although I have never worked with animals) I plan to visit my local Army Careers Office in two weeks (when they are open on a saturday)
I am really looking for tips, advice, encoragement perhaps? I am hoping to make an informed desicion.
Are there any questions I should ask the Careers Adviser?
I would like to know when do you find out where you will be based? I shall ask the adviser this but if you have any information on this I would love to hear.
