To be honest I just thought about this idea even though after reviewing my most current question and a few previous, some answerers indicated that a spouse must be authorized to accompany her husband to certain places such as Korea. First I'm a little shocked!. I thought that I was dealing with only the USA. Then I find out from my dad and yahoo experts (thanks all for taking your time to give me such great answers luv ya!!)that he could be sent to Alaska, Korea, Germany (I already knew about Germany from my own knowledge), and WHERE ELSE?). I am prepared for him to do his duty in the Middle East and really proud of him and will support him 100% when his tour there begins, but these other places. It doesn't seem fair that they would send him away from us to Korea or Alaska on an unaccompanied tour. I'm a little upset about this possibility. I was thinking of taking a break from asking questions but just want some answers about the concept of "Unaccompanied Tours".

let's say government is somewhat of an evil... we are forced to do things that we don't want to do as citizens.

So I got pulled over, I had my license and registration ready, he went back to his vehicle....didn't say "do you know why I pulled you over?" He just asked for license registration...then came back minutes later and said "My radar gun caught you going 76mph in a 55mph. I just need you to sign here that you understand.blahblahh, You have 10 days to comply, here is the court address."

The total fine was $159. But it had a bunch of additional charge bull crap on it. Fine: $67, MCARE: $35, E.M.S. $25 and some others on there which I have no idea what those additional charges are.

I wasn't reckless driving, it was a 2-lane highway, maybe 2 cars on the road within 1/4 mile of me. I want to dispute the citation but no Phone Number was provided or a scheduled date. He just said 10 days which I doubt is accurate or logged.

I want to reschedule the court date for another week or two to lessen the chances that the cop will actually show, and the citation will be dismissed.

Advice?

Granted, non-manufacturing employment and inflation both look fine at the moment, but there are a lot of indicators suggesting we are in real trouble:
1. The dollar is as low as I've seen it, ever.
2. The credit markets are a wreck.
3. Energy costs are as high as I've seen them, ever; and I lived through the 70's OPEC embargo.
4. The deficit and national debt are breathtakingly high.

It seems that this house of cards is about to collapse. Already:
1. Unemployment is rising.
2. Corporate earnings are falling.

The unholy alliance of Bush administration stupidity and oil industry evil are about to send us all over the edge...

Yet, the dems want more social programs run by the government and increased taxes--money to be spent by the government...I don't understand.

How do democrats and republicans differ; except for the fact that they like to argue with each other?

My apartment's contract states in the fine print that I need to give 60 days' notice to vacate. When I asked for clarification of the terms on vacating the premises, I was not shown or referred to the 60 days notice in the contract. Instead, I was given a verbal explanation that mislead me into believing that I did not need to give such notice. Am I out of luck, or should I fight this?

The witness has asked for a complaints form, this isn't the first time this has happened but I have never pursued the matter before because I was brought up to respect the laws of our Country, sadly no more! I have parkinson's disease and the stress of hearing that my son has been beaten up by at least 5 policeman has tipped me over the edge. Who and how do I complain to and is it worth it?

Ok I gave my DAD 1400 to buy me this cavalier.
Ok I got the car, and keys, but I have been waiting on the bill of sale for WAY TOO LONG. He keeps changing his story!!
First he told me he had it in his car, but never dropped it off.. Now he said its in the truck he sold to my mom, but its SOOO not!
I knew he had a tendency to ripping people off, but I never thought he would do it to me!
Now Im guessing im not getting the Bill of sale. I cant drive this car or get it registered its just sitting there. What can I do, I want MY MONEY, or something bad I know will happen, Because he's getting my husband angry, and me too. I don't want anything bad to happen. Is there any legal action I can take. I mean I dont have the money for a lawyer. And I NEED a car. Im an idiot, but hes supposed to be the man that raised me... I don't know what to do. But I need to do it quick!

My apartment requires 60 days notice of intent to vacate before the lease expires, otherwise, the lease automatically renews at a high monthly rate!

I feel royally screwed by the fine print.
