In China everything belongs to the state. Everything are given by the state and may be taken away anytime the state see fit.

In China there is nothing as private property. The people can't buy and sell things as they want or even choses what they want to have.

So do they use money there? If so how does it work?

I see so many people who mistakenly think that the unemployment rate is calculated by counting the people who collect unemployment. See answers to linked question:

Should people not be required to learn basic economics concepts in high school? I think that might help to clear up a great deal of the ignorance surrounding minimum wage, tax policy, etc. Thoughts?

With Democratic Congressman Pete Stark of California
relating of cutting off of heads for Bush's amusement, is this one of those comments that indeed needs an apology to the citizens and American troops? The Democrats seem to be getting good at blurting out these amazing degrading words from their mouths. Representatives in D.C. never used to say
things like this in public. They don't seem to care anymore.

A friend of mine received a telephone call on her cell phone from a detective. She went through all of her paperwork to see if she missed a court date or didn't pay some tickets and found nothing. Well she is really stressing out about this because she hasn't done anything wrong. What should she do at this point, she doesn't want to call and get setup or anything. BTW, the detective never told her the nature of the call nor did he call her back.

The Police believe my daughter and said that they think we deserve our day in court, however the CPS are reluctant to run with it, because they cannot be sure how my daughter would cope in court and whether they would get a conviction or not. So they, in there wisdom think it's best to let him go with a no further action reply, and wait until he slips up and does it again. Marvellous isn't it, especially as he's remarried with two step-daughters and another biological daughter he sees regularly. No wonder people are reluctant to go to the police and divulge these crimes. The criminals are more looked after than the victims, and the police seem as frustrated with the CPS as the victims. Police I have spoken to have said that in there opinion, the CPS have no backbone to take cases on unless there's a 98% chance of success. The CPS shouldn't be allowed to play judge and jury. They are more or less calling the british public morons, who cannot decide whether someone is guilty or not.

I understand the increase was due to higher and higher medical costs. It costs more to provide the same coverage.

So keeping the costs flat will kick off poor kids, and the $80,000 family was just spin, since the states have to get permission from the Feds to increase eligibility, anyway.

It has done nothing more than to divide the country rather than putting the differences aside to work something out to where both groups would be satisfied. Besides this Lib Vs Con stuff as well as Red states Vs Blue states is so played out & lame already.
