First are we talking about republican politicians or republican citizens? Next I live in Michigan, right on a river and lake that border Canada. I am a republican. I don't pretend to care I do care. If I lived in Nevada I would still care. We are facing a crisis in health care because illegals are getting healthcare they should not receive in this country and are not footing the bill for it in any way. I am all for helping but not illegally. If your concern is for the illegals, go out and find a few and adopt them. You will then be able to take care of them legally, with your money. I would appreciate it if you don't use mine.

What part of illegal do you not understand. Did you sleep through social studies? They are freakin EVERY WHERE! Not just border states and they are costing American Taxpayers billions of dollars each year in crime, health care, education, housing, environment, and untaxed income. I have an idea, let me go find say half a dozen or so, send them to your house, they can live with you and you have to pay their health care, food, crime and other costs. Sound good? Somebody get this guy some Kool Aid!

My family lives in a small Midwestern town, the ms13 gang members have almost taken over the area, the employment is consumed by illegals working for housing and small amounts of pay, the Illegal immigrants are a drain on society and it is felt the most in the center of the Nation.

This is not a partisan issue, much as you might think. You should note that the recent immigration boondoggle that almost passed about two months ago was a bi-partisan "effort."
Republican, Democrat, Independent, whatever, illegal immigrants affect EVERY citizen of this country because of their enormous drain on our taxes and social services infrastructure.
Everyone should care about 12 million + ILLEGAL immigrants who are robbing our social services and sending cash out of our country.

ILLEGAL Immigration is a nation wide issue. More so in the border states, but it's still athreat to the whole country. 85% of Americans want something done about it, so this isn't a Republican or Democrat issue, this is an American issue. Notice how I capitalized ILLEGAL? Learn to use it cause that's what it is, ILLEGAL.

This is America, and seeing how this problem exists in America I would think any American would have a right to be concerned. I am guessing you live near a border? Well, I live in NJ and I can tell you their are a lot of illegals here too. They are somewhat more dense in the population closer to the border, but many spread across the US.

Terrorist didn't strike at places near the boarder. They hit Washington D.C & New York. Whats to stop them from hitting anywhere else in the country. Republicans are not pretending to care......They care about their familes, neighbors and their country....Yes they even care if Democrats get whacked by some terrorist . Look at the bigger picture.
