I totally agree. It's irrational, and they are depriving these kids of life. Everyone has the right to live - that's a basic right of Americans: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness right? As for those pregnant against their will or who don't want children: give birth and put them up for adoption. It's the ethical, humane way of dealing with the situation. Please, spare the lives of your children!

If you care about these kids, then you should be quite poor as you would have adopted a dozen already. They are waiting for you in. Don't just talk do. Please adopt a whole lot of kids and give your money to the ones who you don't adopt so they have a fair chance in this world. It's obvious God wants lots of people so everyone should be having sex at least twice a day. If you don't have a baby this year then you really are a sinner in God's view. You can't choose. If you have sex, condoms are not allowed. Have babies. This world is a lonely place. We need a lot more people. We need souls and God needs them too. Christians unite and have babies babies babies. Please do not adopt children based on race by the way. God does not see color - so you shouldn't. Don't make excuses. If you chose to adopt and choose your own race you are a sinner. God will send you to hell if you are racist.
My final summary:
North America have babies you can handle 1,000,000,000 more people.
South America Push it. 2 billion for you. A baby a year keeps God's love.
Africa Go for it! Add 1,000,000,000 more too.
Asia What are you waiting for? 3 billion more.
Europe 1 billion
Middle East 1 billion.
Ban condoms Babies save the world! God loves 'em.
Christians adopt please adopt the babies of the sinners.

You don't understand because it's not hypocritical -- because it's not about whether abortion is good or bad or not.
The issue has nothing to do with whether abortion is a good choice -- it's about whether the choice should be made by the individual or the govt. Face it -- someone is going to make the decision whether a given person is or remains pregnant -- the question is WHO makes the decision.
And don't forget -- the fact that reproductive choice is a fundamental right is the ONLY thing preventing the government from making abortion mandatory -- the way China does. You may think that's far-fetched -- do some research, and see just how many states have proposed mandatory sterilization laws -- laws which were struck down because reproductive choice is a fundamental right.
So, before you go taking rights and freedoms away from the individual -- and giving those decisions to the majority -- stop and consider what happens if the majority ever disagrees with you -- and decides to make abortion mandatory.
Because then, you'll wish that reproductive choice was still a fundamental right.

Sorry, as a conservative and a Catholic, I disagree. just because someone supports choice doesn't mean they support abortion. I, for one, know better what's best for my family--better than the government, a church, or you. Further, if you are under the delusion that abortions didn't take place long before Roe v Wade and wouldn't continue to take place if that law were overturned, then you are sadly mistaken. The difference now is that those of us who make the best choice for us and our families don't have to have a hangar or a knife shoved......as my 80 year old retired policeman father saw after the fact and had to rush two girls to the hospital before they died....We can receive medical care.

all I can say is that there is a blatant double standard that needs to be erased, take these two cases for instance
man and woman have a baby. Woman doesn't want the baby, man has no say because its "her body"
man and woman have a baby. Woman keeps baby, man has to pay child support because it's "our baby"
Its ridicilous that women manipulate words so that they can kill a baby.....
If a woman willingly involves herself in sexual intercourse, she should accept the consequences. Abortion is nothing more than a terrible form of birth control in 90% of cases, in fact anybody familiar w/ Roe vs. Wade knows that the woman involved in that case came out and said that she regrets her abortion, and that she actively fights against it.

Come on, don't ask liberals serious questions. That just gets them angry.
And, for the silly answerer who stated that unless you carry a child you can't speak about abortion, I can only attempt to mute my disgust. If you have never murdered someone, does that preclude you from having an opinion about the death penalty? If you have never hunted wild game, I guess you're not allowed to present a thought about hunting? If you're a vegan, you can't be a member of PETA? If you have never served in the military, you can't opine about national security?
Well, one thing is for certain: you're definitely not in MENSA. After all, you have to possess a brain.

They ease their own mind by calling the unborn by other names. Fetus has been used in an answer above already. I have even read others call the unborn child, a parasite. What ever they want to call it, it is still a human life.

You are 100% correct. I love how stupid liberals always come back with, well look at all the homeless children with no medical benefits. I agre that sucks but what is the answer? Kill the babies before they are born. Give me a break liberals. History will look back on what we are doing to these children and it will be compared to the Nazi's actions against the jews.

Dude, even barring my Christian belief system, I TOTALLY agree. They can spout all the crap they want, but in the end it's not pro-life - it's pro-MURDER. Period.
Definition of fetus:
(from http://www.everythingbio.com/glos/definition.php?word=fetus)
"In human beings, the unborn YOUNG from the eighth week of pregnancy to birth"
Guess what - fetus does NOT mean a subhuman creature, it actually says YOUNG human being IN the definition. You cannot justify it. I get really angry at people that do, or rather, attempt to.
I am having the laugh of my life lately at liberals though in all honesty. I LOOOVE the whole thing with that Reid letter and Limbaugh auctioning it off for 2+ million on ebay rofl.
Hillary has NO chance to win now. Good job democrats, you just hanged yourself politically! Lol.
