Hey guys. My roommate got arrested for possession of a stolen tricycle last night. He was bailed out this morning out of the local county jail. He does have a court date at the end of the month. My question is, can the school turn around and say "we don't want you here anymore"? And if so, how long does he have to wait?

Today is Sunday, so I'm assuming college offices are closed for the weekend. What do you think the college will do to him?

Thanks for all the great answers people have been giving me about military life and practices. Also all the great web sites that have tons of information. Actually I probably could answer most (maybe all) of my questions without reference to yahoo simply reading all the great information on the web sites but honestly I LOVE ASKING QUESTIONS ON YAHOO lol lol. Eventually I plan to get to know the other spouses in my husband's unit (the FRG) after he finishes his training and if living at home do e mails, chat groups, and text messaging. Ok I found out from a previous question and from other sources that there is no formal hierarchy for military spouses as for their husbands but an informal one still exists ie I can't talk directly to the General's wife. I discovered the concept of the chain of command. My husband must go through his layers of supervisors. What about me. Could I talk directly to his commander if I have a question or concern, or do I have to follow his chain of comm

Giuliani is still leading nationally closely followed by thompson, Romney is leading in key states, and Thompson is doing good both in the states and nationally but he kinda did poorly in the CNBC debate. The thing with Giuliani and Romney is that Giuliani is pro-choice and that James Dobson character might run a third party candidate (vote spoiler like Ross Perot) and if Romney gets the nomination there are a bunch of bigots who won't vote for him just because he is a mormon. I personally think Giuliani has some bi-partisal appeal and Romney is a grest speaker. While thompson has the best conservative record. Its a tough call. What do you think? There is a poll of likely caucus participants and romney won it. Can that forshadow anything about his chances of getting the nominations (even though hes not doing well nationally)

I have neighborhood children that like to play in my yard and I would welcome them, but I'm afraid that if they get hurt, I could get sued. I was told that I could get a Release from Liability form, but I'm not having any luck finding one. Help?? I just want to be safe not sorry.

On almost every question I ask on here, there's a couple people that say this to me. There is a war that is going on. Alot of people don't agree with it, but it's still happening. It's a very complex situation and there are alot of grey areas.
So please, someone tell me why I can't support one and not the other? Give me a really good answer.
Please tell me why I am not entitled to my opinion and me beliefs?
Are you going to tell me what I should believe? Or just tell me I'm wrong?
What if I told you, you were wrong and you needed to believe what I believe and if you don't you're a moron and you needed to shut up?
huh?
Answer all those question with due respect and remember my freedom of speech!

Why is it, the U.S. government does not want photograph's taken of the U.S. soldiers in flagged draped coffin's while being unloaded off of cargo planes? Have they not earned the honor of making every American see this and realize what a great self-sacrifice these brave men and women in the Armed Services have done, by giving their lives for the cause of this nation's future? Why hide it, the government is acting as if they do not want American's to see the end result of those who do battle and lose their lives in the duration. Perhap's if they showed the photo's, those is power would not be so quick to send these honorable individual's to fight and die, unless it was absolutely the last result to protect this nation, instead of putting them in harm's way around the world in civil wars and other foolishness which is none of our business such as Iraq.

That people have been attacking Turkey from Iraq? It seems like they are blaming congress for the problems with turkey, Why not blame the people who are actually responsible? The people who are crossing over from Iraq to attack Turkey? Is it just so you can pretend the democrats are the problem or is it really because you don't know about the situation?

I think there was a lot of apathy during the Kerry/Bush election...

I heard a lot of people my age and younger saying things like "oh boy... I get to choose between frick and frack..."

Many of them could not put their Xbox paddles down long enough to register - let alone vote.

Will this new "variety" among candidates encourage younger voters or not?

And, if he does - will he and the nutcases who vote for him ruin it for Hillary Clinton? Usually a vote for another party is "vote" to a Republican.

Will this happen?

Do you have anyone in your house who doesn't share your views on the illegal situation? If you do, do you discuss it or leave that topic alone?

I'm Pro my new husband is Anti. We discuss the situation and don't let it interfere in our relationship. Actually we both learn from each other.

Anyone else find themselves in this type of situation? And who is the most involved with the illegal immigration cause?
