My ex boyfriend seems like obessed with me. i told him many times we are over but he was keeping calling my house and stalking me. One day i woke up i saw him in my room. Then my sister got scared and called police on him. I wanted to know what will happen to him. if he bails out right away and if he goes to court is there jail time for that. i think he needs some treatment about his obession. I do care about him but other side scare of him too. i really hope that he gets a court order rehab class or something. he has to know what he did was wrong. can someone can tell me what action i should do.
i don't want to put him for jail for long time. but i think he needs treatment to forcing is not gonna work. please help me.

Due to an advice from almintak in the previous answer, I had to edit the former question.

I made a verbal arrangement with a so called web application developer in India to build a website for me and I did made ad upfront payment of $1000 USD. He claimed to have done half the job and when I consulted the work, it was unsatisfactory and he do not want to make refund of my upfront payment. he do not even reply to my mails. whicg effective internet crime report center can I use to file in a report? the website for this developer is www.nicoletech.com and my suppose site is www.noonly.com.

i'd like to know why is that the senators are the only ones that decide or gives votes, i mean they are the ones who vote..last time people didnt wanted bush..but senators did, so bush was the president again...how does it work? because in my country people;s vote are tho only ones who count

..I'm getting sick and tired of Russia playing games. Russia, clearly, is a BIG player in Iran's hardcore nuclear stance. I, personally don't trust the Russian's, and I think a pre-emptive strike on Moscow, would be neccassary concurrent with a Iranian strike.

Here we go again with the Tax cut thing. Sadly many will vote for Johnny for a couple of extra dollars in the pocket but don't they stop and realise that no sooner do Tax cuts come through than prices go up and often more than the Tax cut that's been given.

Things like Private Health Insurance, utilities and food all rise soon after any cuts.
