Good point.
Granting independence to Kosovo would open new chapter for all these countries (actually, I am not sure is there Flandria/Valonia independence claim, and by Bilbao you mean Basque?)
I am not very familiar with others but for Kosovo, my answer is: no, 100% doesn't deserve independence, historically it belongs to Serbia, it doesn't have any history of independence and it never was separate nation/nationality (Kosovars, whatever it is).
Kosovo is an inalienable part of Serbia according to all international charters, documents and legal resolutions.

Soveriegn states seized by other countries must be given independence through historic right.
