Would it save the American people more money in the long run? Would it be easier for postal workers, particularly mail carriers, to lead normal lives by not having to work on Saturday?

My boyfriend left to the Air Force basic training last Monday, and i have yet to receive that "short call" they are allowed. I decided to look up information on my own, and it said that by Sunday afternoon, they would get to call home to provide us will the mailing address. Does it depend on their Instructor when they get to call? and can the period before calling be extended longer than the first week of stay?

Actually, I really can’t help myself. I was born left-handed. And my parents accepted this as a natural fact of life. I’m one of ten children born to Catholic parents. Six of us are left-handed.

It did help out a lot by the time I got to high school because I was a star pitcher on our baseball team. When I was eighteen I could throw a baseball 90 miles an hour. And had a natural curveball like most lefties do. I even got drafted twice in the same year. Once by the Cubs and once by the Army.

Still, can you ever forgive me for being a leftie?

I hate stereotyping titles. Only dishonest people use them. Why do so many people in Yahoo use them?

Politically, I pretty much moderate. Conservative on some issues, more progressive on others.

He believes that when I become an NCO we will not ba able to date anymore? I have been told it is ok as long as we arent in the same unit. Is that true???

Here's the situation: If I were stuck for ten hours in an elevator with "ArgleBargleWoogleBoo", "Short Bus" and "Chi Guy", when the doors finally open, would there be four confirmed Liberals exiting, or four Conservatives?

Or do you see some other scenario after the ten hours are up?

When bush talks, he is capable of speaking only in 3 or 4 word sentence fragments, literally. Seriously, when he speaks, he makes Ozzy Osbourne sound lucid. It's painfully embarrassing having bush as the face of America to the world.

When Vladimir Putin came to Power, replacing Yeltsin(a Russian clown),the rest of the world admire him for his youthness, intelligence and impeccable background.

European and Americans admired him for his strength when dealing with Chechen and other Muslim minorities who were starting trouble.

After the 9-11 disaster, while While Russian army was massacring, raping Chechen civilian villages during years,President Bush decide to congratulate Putin for his own Anti-terror effort. He even offer American help Prussian troops combat the weakening Chechen rebels but Russia silently declined.

The calculated intelligent mind of Vladimir Putin, a gifted chess master and martial artist(judo), knew that later on he will be in opposition with America.Vladimir, an ex KGB agent, never coincided the cold war victory to the United-states,which American clams as a victory for democracy. He clearly wanted to show to the world the failure of colonialism capitalism and democracy.

That means he won by the true democratic process. Democracy failed this time, big time in America. In 2000 why were so many people wanting Al Gore to be our Commander in Chief? If you were a supporter why did you vote for him?

What do you do when you're out in society and you see an animal or child that is injured or just doesn't look well being treated roughly? Perhaps not rough enough so that you can be certain there is abuse occurring.

Say the child had food tossed at him, he was dirty, looked so hopeless and despondent that it broke your heart. Say the animal is being tugged hard and scolded every couple steps, but not enough to hurt him. Say you observe this and enough that you *feel* that perhaps there *is* abuse occurring.

What do you do? I don't know where these people live. Do I follow them home? Do I call the Children's Aid Society, the police, or Humane Society from a pay phone? Would these places send someone out to investigate something that isn't occurring now but may or may not be occurring at another time?

I have observed two instances like this involving a dog and a boy (different people, involved) and I am literally sick over it...

Alright. So I answered my last question as to if normal Airsoft guns are legal in New York City. No. Law states that the possession of any air gun or airsoft gun that is painted black or metallic and is spring operated or gas operated is highly unlawful. However, it also states that the guns may be clear or brightly colored. Now I found a few guns online that are clear and are electricaly operated and I asked if they are allowed to ship to NYC. No response. So before I order I want to ask you guys, could I be able to buy an Airsoft gun that is clear and electricaly powered without the UPS guys x-raying it and sending a S.W.A.T team to my house? Thanks in advance.

Well it has been a year since the first time i walked into a recruiters office, to see if i could join. Well I joined and dropped because of a kidney infection and fear of my parents. They were upset about the money they took out in college loans for me because I had not yet finished school. College has really not been all that great for me academically. I basically got suspended for my grades. I'm back in school now, and I have two years left. When i should be finishing in may but I took time off after the suspension. I'm 21 and its been a year since i first considered joining, and i still really want to join. What should I do? should I wait to see what the world climate is as far as Iraq and Iran? I want to serve. I know there are other ways to do it. I really want to be in the air force. people tell me I should move out of my home town for awhile to see if thats would change my mind. They think maybe I am just bored. but my dad says they won't support me if I transfer.

....that it would be ok to come out and hate America openly?

Was it the day George Bush was elected?
Was it the day we were attacked?
Was it when it was obvious America would fight back?
Was it long ago when your mother chastised you unfairly for wetting yourself?

I'm always curious about the defining moment when people go off the deep end.
