This Independent had convictions instilled from birth.
Do not confuse hating evil with hating America. Hating evil naturally makes one despise evil doers such as Bin Laden, GW Bush, and Dick Cheney. I don't care WHO is committing the lies, murder, or corruption. If it happens to be the president of the United States it is still wrong.
This is where true integrity is tested. Those with it do not make excuses for wrong doing REGARDLESS of the perpetrator.

The people that have been telling you lefties hate America have been lying to you.
Ironically, most of those liars themselves hate everything good and beautiful that America stood for, such as people's obligation to use their own minds and speak their own minds.
Of course, anyone with the intellectual capacity to understand and value freedom of thought and moral conviction wouldn't listen to the hateful anti-American liars like Rush and Papa Bear and Coulter.
"Fight back"? Uh, Bush is the one who's completely ininterested in going after the guy responsible for the attack on us; it was more important to him to murder a million people who had nothing to do with it. How is that "fighting back"?
Maybe you can get our mommy to explain to you how, if person A hits you, going and hitting person C isn't "fighting back." Remind her not to use any Big Words.

BUSH THE SAINT
Subject: Bush, The Saint
President George ...
Subject: Bush, The Saint
President George W. Bush was scheduled to visit the Episcopal Church
outside Washington as part of his campaign to restore his poll standings.
Bush's campaign manager made a visit to the Bishop, and said to him,
"We've been getting a lot of bad publicity because of the president's
position on stem cell research, the Iraq war, Katrina, wiretapping and
the like. We'd gladly make a contribution to the church of $100,000
if during your sermon you'd say the President is a saint."
The Bishop thought it over for a few moments and finally said, "The
Church is in desperate need of funds and I will agree to do it."
Bush showed up for the sermon and the Bishop began: "I'd like to
speak to you all this morning about our President.
George Bush is a liar, a cheat, and a low-intelligence weasel.
He took the tragedy of September 11 and used it to frighten and
manipulate the American people.
He lied about weapons of mass destruction and invaded Iraq for oil and
money, causing the deaths of tens of thousands and making the United
States the most hated country on earth.
He appointed cronies to positions of power and influence, leading to
widespread death and destruction during Hurricane Katrina.
He awarded contracts and tax cuts to his rich friends so that we now
have more poverty in this country, and a greater gap between rich and
poor, than we've had since the Depression.
He instituted illegal wiretaps when getting a warrant from a secret court
would have been a mere administrative detail, had his henchmen lie to
Congress about it, then claimed he is above the law.
He has headed the most corrupt, bribe-inducing political party since
Teapot Dome. The national urplus has turned into a staggering
national debt of $7.6 trillion, as prices are up 85%, and vital
research into global warming and stem cells is stopped cold because
he's afraid to lose votes from some religious kooks.
He is the worst example of a true Christian I've ever known.
But compared to Dick Cheney and Karl Rove, George W. Bush is a
saint.

Was it the day you discovered we had invaded from the planet Brain Surgery?
Was it when you discovered us chanting "what would Ronnie do?"
Was it the day you found all of the eggs we lay are in Easter baskets?
Was it when you discovered our most prized hatchlings accuse everyone not related to the planet Brain Surgery of not being from the planet Brain Surgery?
I'm always curious about the defining moment when Earthlings realized that those still supporting Shrub are invaders from the planet Brain Surgery.

It was during the 2000 election when I decided it was time for me to start getting serious about politics and elections. I did a lot of research on who should be the President. During the 2004, it became obvious, that the question was "who should not be the President. I'll give you a clue as to what I found in my research: It did not favor GWB.
Prior to the 2000 election, I was a Republican. I have been an Independent since and have zero regrets.

I never hated America. I've been fighting for America ever since the extreme right wingers took office in this country. At least we have the conviction to love America enough to realize that George Bush is doing more harm than good to this country. You on the other hand, obviously hate America enough to vote a fascist into office. BTW, alot more people in this country are against this president's policies than there are those who favor it. Are they American haters too? I take it that anyone who questions this president and disagrees with his policies are liberal and leftists and therefore hate America to you. Geeesuz, talk about going off the deep end, when did you jump in?

The cons said we want America to lose when we said there were no WMD's.
The cons said we want America to lose when we said the elections wouldn't change anything.
The cons said we want America to lose when we said we didn't believe Bush when he said we were "making progress" in Iraq... in 2003... in 2004... in 2005... in 2006... and this year too.
The cons said we want America to lose when we ridiculed Cheney when he said the insurgency was in it's last throes... two years ago.
The cons said we want America to lose we called Rumsfeld a failure.
The cons said we want America to lose when we pointed out that the surge wasn't working.
Maybe it's time to stop listening to Bush and all the other backers of this war who have been wrong about it 100% of the time, and listen to the people who have been consistently right about Iraq from the beginning, the 'libs' you hate so very much.

Your moronic question says it all. You and the rest of your herd are driving people in droves to the left, because of the volumes of ignorant, degrading, uninformed, hateful, pathetic speeches and writings that you all regurgitate. So carry on your with your oblivious stupidity.
