she "ran away" from home and the law sent her a letter saying she has date oct. 30th for being a runaway. never been in trouble w/ the law b4.. but they may bring up her school **** and shes like had detention, caught cheating and skipped. what will happen to her? pleasee help!!!!

She will probably receive probation and be remanded to the custody of her parents.

Basically having had a wild *** teen myself, principal almost caught her shirt collar running out the highschool, where she conned a good girl for a ride to the grayhound. Headed for the big city of Seattle, where at a shelter they showed her films about how to survive on the streets. She was fed by nice vendors who feed run aways and became a meth addict that summer. But the first court date, basically the judge acts very official and mostly a plan is set up for her to do, and the judge is looking to see parents take lead and if kid is subserviant to you during session. So he will be stern and give community service and probation, making a case that juvenille facility will happen if school is not attended till 16. A friend of ours (Asian made his daughter get teen emancipation) legally an adult at 14 because she stole his car and drove to Alci Beach with booze and friends. Now she has to toll the line or shes out of his house! Smarter than I was, but he has to pay for the car she ran into.

she will get probation ordered to counsling and probably get restrictions like a curfew, no unexcussed absences from school or comunity service. if she breaks these its juvie
