When bush talks, he is capable of speaking only in 3 or 4 word sentence fragments, literally. Seriously, when he speaks, he makes Ozzy Osbourne sound lucid. It's painfully embarrassing having bush as the face of America to the world.

I don't think anyone questions Bush's drug and drinking past. But you are right to suggest that he is brain damaged. There have been articles and books written about the way he reacts and speaks that do in fact suggest that.
Bush supporters are thus, supporting a brain damaged president.
Kind of makes one wonder just how divisive and partisan this country is to allow that.

He can''t put two words together. Neither could his old man who had the best resume of anyone in the past 50 years to be president. Both of them are lousy public speakers.
Clinton however was a great public speaker. And the toughest thing he had to handle was keeping his hands off of a fat Jewish girl. He couldn't even manage to do that.
Good thing 9/11 didn't come down on his watch. He'd have tried to talk the Taliban to death.
